Or cozy up with all of the comforts of home, enjoying a glass of local wine on the back deck or in the Garden Room, while gazing out over the stunning Secret Garden. The space The Secret Garden is a hidden gem, and the beautifully landscaped property can be enjoyed from both inside and outside of the home, with spacious front and back porches, and a cozy Garden Room. Once you book your stay, you can message me to request a link to a video of the property, with music composed by me in the background! (At this time, Airbnb does not support videos of listing properties.) My love of Niagara-on-the-Lake led me to create the Secret Garden Cottage! It is my happy place, and I am honoured to share it with you as well: MAIN FLOOR: Previous guests always tell me that the highlight of the Cottage is the Garden Room, perfect for enjoying your morning hot drink, or a glass of wine in the afternoon or evening. From here you get to enjoy the birds and wildlife, as well as the expansive 3-tiered Garden with constantly changing colours throughout the season. In addition to the over 30 amenities on site, a unique feature of this two-floor cottage is the Music Room with an office space, an upright Kawai piano, and a sofa that can be prepared in advance as a double sofa bed (making it the 3rd Bedroom with blackout blinds that ensure a quality sleep.) Kitchen and pantry are well-stocked with baking and cooking supplies, and a washer and dryer, and an adjoining Dining Room has an expandable table with 6 chairs. UPSTAIRS: There are two bedrooms with quality queen size beds. The spacious bathroom with combined tub/shower, toilet and sink with plenty of counter space, has complimentary safe and clean Canadian Rocky Mountain Soap Co. toiletries and plenty of plush towels. OUTSIDE: Located at the back of the garden, the shed contains 2 bicycles during the warmer seasons, saving you having to rent elsewhere! Should there be a rainy day, there are DVDs, books, puzzles and games. The two televisions/Blu-ray players can stream. Cancellations and Refunds- Cancellations received prior to 14 days of arrival date are entitled to full refund of deposit. Cancellation after 14 days and refund is forfiet. No refunds will be made after final payment (within 14 days) of arrival has been made. 4. Security Deposit – A Security/Damage deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. No checks accepted. Access- The Property Owner and/or the Agency's agents shall be allowed access to holiday accommodation at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy. 8. Refund Policy – Owners cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, TVs, Satellite Receivers, VCRs, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to owners immediately. Owners will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Casablanca Cottage is located 1 block from Queen Street close to shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. The side garden has a Weber gas BBQ and a tile table and chairs for outdoor dining. The front porch is the perfect place for coffee and afternoon wine tasting. Inside there is a well stocked library and a gas fireplace. Dogs and cats are welcome but there is a $150.00 fee per pet. July and August bookings are week long with check in on Sundays. Lake License # 009-2025 The space The house has three bedrooms all on the second floor with a central bathroom. A bathroom with shower is in the basement and a 1/2 bath on the main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and a fridge with ice maker. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Guest access The whole house and garden is yours to enjoy. Other things to note The house sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms with two bedrooms featuring Queen size beds. The third bedroom has two single beds. Enjoy a spacious fenced backyard with a deck, ideal for relaxing outdoors. You’re just a short stroll from the downtown shopping district, fine restaurants, and the main street theater. If you're up for some adventure, Zoom Bike rental is just a few minutes away! The space This accommodation includes one king bed, one queen bed, and a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a double bed on the bottom. The main floor features a living room equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. For added privacy, the living room can be separated with a curtain. Please note that guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and a maximum of 7 guests can stay based on our bed arrangements. We welcome dogs too—up to 2 from the same family—but please reach out to us before booking if you plan to bring your furry friends. We have a leash free dog park nearby at the Commons area. Please be aware that the Niagara-on-the-Lake noise bylaw is enforced 24/7. This means that at any time of day or night, guests cannot create excessive noise outside that may disturb the quiet neighborhood. This includes loud music, prolonged loud conversations, or yelling. Bringing extra guests or visitors without informing the hosts, as well as hosting loud parties, will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: We strive to accommodate our guests’ early check-in requests. If we don’t have guests staying the night before, we can usually offer early check-in as early as you need. If there are guests checking out on the morning of your arrival, we can likely offer check-in around 3 PM at the latest. Unfortunately, we won’t know how early we can accommodate check-in until the day before your arrival, so please check in with us again then. For check-out, we would appreciate it if you could leave by 11 AM, as our cleaning shifts are pre-scheduled. Thank you for your understanding! Property Maintenance: During your stay, our lawn maintenance team may be working on the property. We also handle garbage and recycling collection every other Thursdays/ Fridays. Our TVs are smart TVs or equipped with streaming devices like Amazon Fire Stick or Roku. If you plan to watch sports events or games, please research how to stream live events on a smart TV before your trip, as you may need to purchase some subscriptions or apps.
