It is located in the center of the world including the best surfing beach in Ocean City with Secrets and Jolly Rogers within walking distance. On 49th Street there is a public pool on the ocean you can access called Beach Club Pool. Parking is basically unlimited. This is a NO PET building therefore pets are prohibited. You are given one space under the building and there are tons of open spaces in the court yard and on the street even in mid summer.
