The space Our Indio home is located on one of the most unique and desirable properties in Indian Palms Country Club. It's central location within the complex and at the end of a cul-de-sac means minimal exposure to traffic ensuring safety for children and a very restful night's sleep. Being next to the golf fairway, our arbor covered side patio is the perfect place to meet new friends, entertain, view the activity on the pond nearby or just gaze at the sun as it slowly sets over the mountains to the west. This same view is also available from the gas fire pit area in the adjoining backyard, which is very private so you can fully enjoy the pool, spa and luxurious double sun loungers without having to worry about who's watching. The backyard privacy comes from having only one neighbouring property and being surrounded by lots of natural vegetation. This includes a large mesquite berm to the rear which is home to numerous song birds and hummingbirds.
