Welcome to Cottage Mariposa on Eagle Mountain Lake

This lake house has plenty of room to spread out and have fun, both inside and out. With three bedrooms and four full bathrooms in the house and a detached bunk house with bathroom, this lake house is great for friends and families. From fishing to playing shuffleboard on the full sized shuffleboard table to serving drinks at our full sized bar, there's always something to do at the lake house. The space The property sits on two lots and there's lots of room outside to hang out, play volleyball, etc. There is a swing set for small kids and games indoors and out for big kids - shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong. There is a large great room with seating for 18 and an awesome bar with seating for 6. There are two separate seating areas as well with cozy chairs and sofas. Guests can use the boat ramp and dock on the property. Guest access The property is gated and guests will be given the gate code prior to arrival. There is parking for 5-6 cars on the property. Other things to note While this house is great for entertaining, we do have neighbors nearby and can't allow events at this time. Maximum number of guests is 18 on the property.

Eagle Mountain Lake House

Explore Eagle Mountain Lake while staying in this luxury home away from home. There is something for everyone in this unique, family- friendly resort style home. Plenty of room for multiple families/friends to relax, play and make memories indoors and outdoors. Lake access and/or one of the most popular hiking state parks are both within a 1 mile. Quiet space cut out for those on business or needing to mix work and play. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the deer play in the front yard. The space The home is out of the city limits and away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. It is also just a quick drive to just about everything. The deer roam free and often throughout the yard. Neighbors are quiet and pleasant. Guest access Gate access to garage/backyard area will remain open during your stay. You will be provided a garage door opener to use during your stay. Other things to note There will be a waiver of liability that the renter must assume responsibility of all guests. This is required for insurance purposes due to having a pool on the premises. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. The swim jet may used by an adult for an additional fee. The swim jet is quite powerful and should not be used with children in the water or anyone who is alone or anyone not capable of swimming. ***Hot tub/Spa can be used up to 2hrs per day. After 2 hrs there will be additional charges for propane use*** No adults in the bunks. Top bunk limit under 90 lbs.

Deer Run Retreat

Stunning 5.5 acre Lake Front retreat in Fort Worth, Texas, with over 350' of lake frontage, a brand new 2,000 square foot dock, and a brand new pool and hot tub. The main home is a 7,500 sq/ft 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with 3 living areas + game room. The guest home is 2,000 sq/ft with 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen (+$850/night) The gym is a 5,000 sq/ft basketball court with poker, shuffleboard, and more! (+$500/night) Summers/ Holidays / Spring Break require full property + 7 night minimum. The space This is a great retreat for the family. This is just enough out of the city to enjoy the quietness and beauty of nature on the water. Yet you are not too far out, you can still have things delivered and at your fingertips. Guest access When renting you will have access to the main house, the patios, pool and the dock. If you choose to add the guest house (+850 per night) or the gym (+500 per night), we give separate access codes for those areas as well. Also, if you would like to hot tub heated it is an additional $150 per day to heat. This is done remotely by the host and they will need a 2 hour notice heat for you. Other things to note We require a 4 night booking out side of Holidays and Summer reservations. Summer reservation between Memorial day and Labor day require a minimum of 7 nights. Holiday reservations - Christmas and NYE we require the entire property to be reserved for a minimum of 7 nights. Thanksgiving, Easter, Labor Day and Memorial Day we require the entire property to be reserved for a minimum of 5 nights On your arrival document you will see the days we have yard maintenance and pool maintenance come. So you are not surprised if you see someone coming up the driveway to service these areas. Thank you for understanding we must maintain a schedule for these things to keep the property beautiful!

There is a boat dock with floating patio. Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 people. Living room has smart TV and bluetooth speakers. There is a second TV on the patio overlooking the lake! Also, enjoy a firepit with Adirondack chairs along the lake. The space Great for a relaxing week or long weekend. Easy access to the Fort Worth Boat Club and approximately 20 minutes away from the Museum District and downtown Fort Worth. There is an entry gate and a fence around the entire property, except for the lakefront. Guest access Guests will have access to the full property. Entry codes will be provided prior to arrival. Guests are not permitted to use the boat. Other things to note Quiet time after 10:00 p.m. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver. Please keep a close eye on your kids. The house has a large patio with short wall, and we are located on a lake. No pets allowed whether during only the day or overnight. Each morning breakfast is delivered to your private cottage between 8:45 - 9:00 am. We also offer long term rates for those here in the Fort Worth area working away from home (does not include breakfast). This includes a wash and fold laundry service, and complete privacy. There are two cottages on the property-- a one and two bedroom. The space This is a one bedroom cozy cottage called the Baby Guest House, with a queen size bed, full bathroom and kitchen, living space and front porch. There is also a futon sofa if needed. The property sits on a half acre of land with the main house on site. Larger party? There is also a two bedroom cottage which sleeps two to four comfortably, and can accommodate one night weekend stays, and is also available for long term corporate stays at a discount rate.
