There are 2 outdoor dining areas ( large dining table with 8 seats) by the bbq grill shaded by un umbrella and the covered porch with another 4 seats dining table and hang out area. The master bedroom has a king size bed and HD 55' Samsung Smart TV ( Netflix, Hulu, Amazon) with Samsung plus package (over 1500 channels) . The second bedroom has a queen-size bed that comfortably sleeps 2 guests. The third bedroom has 2 full size comfy beds. The second bathroom has a bathtub and is located on the hallway in between the second and third bedroom and can be easily accessed from the main living-room and the rest of the house. The living-room has a 65' HD Samsung Smart TV ( Netflix, Hulu, Amazon) with Samsung plus package ( over 1500 channels). The comfy sofa bed opens up to a queen-size, with memory foam mattress. There is a office-work space, in the living-room as well, with desk and ergonomic chair . The kitchen comes with: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster and tea pot, completely utilized with everything you might need for cooking and dining at home. We provide some basics like: paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters, sugar and dishwasher detergent. The laundry-room has a washer and dryer and all cleaning supplies need it. There is a fire extinctor under the kitchen sink and a first aid kit in the cabinet above the fridge. Guest access The villa is situated in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood, just 7 minutes away from the Pier and Pompano Beach beach area, where you can try different restaurant/ bars and shop at cute local boutiques, about 25 min away from FLL Airport, 50 min from Miami Airport, close to most exciting spots in Pompano Beach. For getting around we recommend driving and Uber and Lyft as reliable transportation options. Parking can be done in parking lots and meter parking. Other things to note The earliest and latest check in/out times will also depend if there will be other guests check-out/in the same dates that you are checking in/out. If they are, then it will be somewhere mid-day ( our cleaning staff needs about 4-5 hours to set up the apartment in between guests, 11am-4pm). So we will coordinate your preferences with the other guests preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate all. You will be able to drop your luggage while they set it up, if need be. Late check-ins and early check-outs are ok, we are using electronic lock to enter the property. We want to make sure you guys are aware of our house rules and regulations and will comply with during your stay: - no pets of any kind - no smoking inside the house( cigars, cigarettes or weed )- smoking is allowed only outside - no parties or loud music in the house - we do not allow any extra overnight guests, but the number you booked for, if you'd like to add an extra guest, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it. Each bedroom is completely appointed with a King (master) or Queen (other two) premium memory foam mattress with luxurious linens and pillows. Each bedside table has both USB and wireless "Qi" charging. The Family bathroom features a jetted tub for a relaxing bubbly soak to loosen those muscles and help melt away years of stress. The bathroom is totally stocked with shampoo, body wash, hand wash and lotion. There are two towels per bedroom and two wash cloths. The master is on a separate wing of the house far from the other bedrooms. It has a connected bathroom of its own with a glass-walled shower, two sinks and plenty of room. There is also a separate refrigerator in the master along with a coffee pot and a desk. Perfect for multiple families or for parents to be able to have an early light breakfast before leaving the room, or a place to keep the adult beverages from prying eyes. The rec room is a great place to have a family night after a day at the beach. Play a game of pool or flip the gaming table over and play some air hockey. On the wall you can play a large game of Connect 4, and a Super PAC Man arcade game that includes a few different versions of PAC man as well as Dig Dug, Rally-X, Rompers, and Rolling Thunder. There are also a variety of board games from Candy Land and Chutes and Ladders for the younger kids, to Scrabble and and Clue plus more for the older kids, as well as some card games and a regular deck of cards. Also have fun challenging your friends to a game of ring toss. Do you ever hate going home with your suitcase full of dirty laundry? No need to do that after your stay here! We provide a full sized washer and dryer, as well as scent and dye free laundry pods and dryer sheets. There is an ironing board and iron to get your outfits wrinkle free for your night on the town. As I’m writing this now on February 8, 2025, the pool has been at or near 90°F (33°C) every day this year except during that freak cold that dumped snow on Florida last month :-( On bright sunny days it easily heats the pool to well over the 78° recommended by the American Heart Association, but like all things solar, they don’t do much in cloudy weather. So if we have particularly cool nights and overcast days for several days, our Green, sustainable pool heater can’t keep up and it might dip below 78° in the dead of winter, the rest of the year it will be warm

Casa Mahogany is a private, cozy and relaxing tropical oasis. Beautiful water views are visible from all rooms in this quaint bungalow. Rent a boat or jet ski and greet guests at the dock. Spend a quiet time fishing under the large mahogany tree while enjoying the ocean breeze and the surrounding nature. The house is close to both fine and family-friendly restaurants. Beaches, cultural centers, golf, tennis & shops are all within 2 miles. Suitable for couples, business travelers or families. The space Casa Mahogany in itself is a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet but interesting. Gazing out the bay of windows or sitting on the dock you can often catch a boater gliding passed heading for the open ocean. Just a 20-25 mins ride away. Nature is constantly happening around the home. In the wide canal Manatees sometimes bask and 5 foot Tarpons are frequently found splashing the water to catch mackerel. I have also seen Ospreys swoop down for fish and stingrays wallowing below the dock. In the tree Iguanas hide and blue jays and squirrels play. Outside the house Pompano is not a sleepy town! There is plenty to do and many places to eat. Other than miles of golden sand beaches and clean blue ocean just 2 miles away there are many other adventurous things to do just as close.
