Continue on passing the powder room and then into the open kitchen and living area.  The kitchen features a huge island with bar stool seating for 5 where you can watch a feast cooked on the gas stove. The dining area off to the side features seating for 8. Lounge on the sectional sofa and watch movies in the evening, while just out back is a private fenced yard with an inviting pool! Seasonally heated for an additional charge, there is plentiful area to sunbathe and cook out at the grill area. Loungers and table seating for four outside, along with a golf cart garage (should you choose to rent one) round out the first floor. Venture upstairs and at the top of the stairs is a huge barn door open to the retro feel kids bunk room decorated in bright teal and green, with a TV and plenty of room to play. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind. Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway of the home. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.  Area Attractions:  There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, boating, fishing, and watersports!
