Last minute marathon weekend availability!!! Our beach house is located on a large block in a quiet part of town. We are 10mins walk to the beach, or 8mins walk to restaurants, pubs and shops. Our house has connected living areas, while the generous bedrooms and the bungalow provide separate zones. Our large laundry with washer and dryer helps with your beach gear! Outdoors can be enjoyed in the large undercover area, with sunny days in the large grassy backyard or beautiful front yard. The space Our beach house will keep you comfortable, providing spaces to relax, including large outdoor areas, one of which is covered from the sun and rain. The main house has three bedrooms and all the amenities, while an external bungalow has the double and bunk rooms. Please note that the bungalow is separate to the main house, but is connected by the undercover outdoor area. This allows extra break away space for larger families, or those with older children! Please note that the second bathroom has a toilet and shower, but the sink for washing hands is the adjoining laundry tub. These are in the main house, not the bungalow. In the summer we have an air conditioner in the dining room, and floor fans in each the bedrooms. Winter months you are kept cosy with the air conditioner in the dining room, gas heater in the lounge and floor heaters in the bedrooms. Several cars can be parked on the driveway, or in the street. Guest access Our property is all yours! The whole house, front and rear yards and covered outdoor area are all yours to enjoy alone. Your booking will not be shared. Other things to note We are pet friendly, but we do ask that you let us know if you are bringing your pets as we have some additional rules so that everyone can enjoy our place. A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. My place is located in a quite seaside haven of Apollo Bay, only 200 metres from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. You'll love my place because it is elegantly furnished and well equipped. It is modern and stylish house, from where you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Otways and the Bass Strait. PLEASE NOTE: LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED. Linen can be provided by a third party. This party charges $30 per bed that you will use for the duration of stay The space My place is modern with four large bedrooms and very spacious Living area,including spacious outdoor decks. One deck has great views of the mountains and the other deck views of the ocean and town. Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in this new stylish house that is elegantly furnished and well equipped, located in a quite seaside haven of Apollo Bay. This spacious 2 level, four bedroom, 2 bathroom home is ideally located some two hundred meters from the beach and a short stroll to the shops and cafes. On the ground level there are three bedrooms, of which 2 bedrooms have queen siz beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, a bathroom with spa and a separate toilet room. The laundry is also on the ground level and has a door that leads to a small covered deck that leads to the car port as well as to a secure private court yard and to the clothes line. The Laundry has washing machine, clothes drier, Ironing board and Iron. On the upper level of the house, there is a spacious balcony, with great views of the Otway Mountains. This balcony provides a wonderful outdoor entertaining area that offers the opportunity for loads of relaxed family holiday fun. On this balcony there is a Gas BBQ and a 9 piece outdoor setting. On the seaside facing part of the house there is a smaller deck with 5 piece outdour setting,. an Ideal place for quite drinks with views of the ocean. In addition to the balconies, the upper level consists of an open plan kitchen, living/ dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, dishwasher and electric rice cooker. It has an electric oven with air fryer and electric hotplates. There is a breakfast bench with three bar stools and, a round table with four chairs. The Dining area has a dining table with eight chairs. The Lounge area is furnished with an L Shaped lounge suite, as well as, an IKEA couch that comfortably sits 3 people. In the lounge area there is also a 50 inch Plasma T.V. and a CD and Video Player. The upper level is cooled and heated by a reverse cycle air conditioner. On the upper level is where you will also find the master bedroom (bedroom 1). It has an en suite (shower, vanity and toilet), and a walk-in wardrobe. This bedroom has great views of the ocean. Bedding etc: Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1): Queen size bed with doona, blankets and pillows. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with doona, blankets and pillows. In an elevated position offering spectacular panoramic views, this Great Ocean Road Beach House is nestled on hectares of beautiful gardens & paddocks, surrounded by birds, wild life and a fresh spring-fed creek. The space Old Tuxion Cottage offers 4 bedrooms plus a small spare room/games room with a fold down sofa bed. It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people (3 queen beds, 1 set of bunks, all with electric blankets, and 1 double sofa bed) and is ideal for large families, more than one family, large groups of friends or couples sharing. Please note it is a renovated old style cottage, dating back to when the Great Ocean Road was being constructed. There are two (2) bathrooms, one with old style deep bath and shower over the bath, and the other with a double shower. Both bathrooms include toilets within. The house is child friendly and accessible by wheelchair, although please note that it is not equipped with hand rails in bathrooms etc, and bathroom door widths are too narrow to accommodate wheelchairs. For meals and entertaining there is an expansive deck (partly covered) with an outdoor table setting for 8 people – take your pick: the coastal outlook or the garden. There is also a meals area adjacent to the “cottage kitchen" and a gas BBQ. The living room is also spacious and has large windows/sliding doors opening onto the deck. The lounge room includes a fireplace for cosy nights in. The front garden is a great place to enjoy and get away from it all. Close to town - a short walk to Apollo Bay Main Street and Beaches. Close to nature - with koalas in the trees across the road on Gambier St for much of the year. The space At SeeApollo we have tried to create a home away from home. Somewhere to reconnect with friends or family with space for groups to relax and reconnect. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware to allow groups to prepare home cooked meals. Furniture and artworks have been selected to suit the character and age of the home. Bedlinen and bath towels are included for each stay and the house has plenty of other blankets to keep cosy. The house has ducted Heating & Cooling in the living spaces and Bedrooms 1 & 2. The bedrooms in the extension (bedrooms 3-7) are serviced by portable heaters and fans. The lounge and dining room both include TVs with Free-to-Air, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Stan, Apple TV+ & Netflix. We also have a well stocked boardgames cupboard for rainy days.
