The space This cheerful home offers a king bed and two queen beds. There is a washer and dryer for our guest's convenience. The backyard is private with a caged, solar heated pool in the winter months. Earth Origins, Publix as well as Walmart Marketplace are nearby to grab groceries. Downtown Sarasota has an amazing assortment of restaurants. We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry soap. Guest access You will have the property completely to yourself! A professional cleaning crew with years of experience cleans the home after every guest. While we strive for perfection but are all human. There may be times when something is missed or overlooked. If that occurs, please notify us immediately and we will work to have the cleaners revisit to correct the oversite. This would also include light bulbs that burn out. The pool is not screen enclosed and therefore leaves and debris will fall into the pool and onto the pool deck from day to day. We have weekly pool and lawn service to help keep the pool sparkling and the grounds looking pristine. The pool tech cleans the debris and ensures the chemistry is correct...however, we have no way to prevent debris from falling into the pool in-between cleanings and during your stay. There is a dip net on site if you wish to skim any leaves from the top. Our home is in a beautiful part of Florida that is very tropical in nature. This means that there are naturally occurring insects, spiders, lizards, and other pests outdoors. We make every attempt to ensure they stay outside...but unfortunately on occasion they may gain entry. If that happens, please notify us right away and we will have the pest control company that we contract with visit. Be sure to keep doors and windows closed (especially at night when lights are on) to limit the entry of flying insects. We often update and improve our home. During your stay you may notice new/different bedding, rugs, throw pillows, décor, and possibly furniture that differ from the photos you booked with.

We now have a bike trail, that runs from Sarasota to Venice, called the Legacy Trail. It’s 3 streets west of Searcy, called Lockwood Ridge, you’ll see the trailhead to the right once you’re on Lockwood Ridge The space Our home is spacious with plenty of room to relax. The home has wifi but we chose not to have a TV so it can be a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Guest access You are welcome to use any room in the home except a few closets that are locked. Other things to note Please be respectful of our home and the neighbors. If driving several vehicles please keep them in the driveway and not along the road because it makes it inconvenient for neighbors backing out. There are bikes and beach chairs in the garage that you are welcome to use except a few personal bikes that are locked for the owners.

There is a washer and dryer for our guest's convenience. The backyard is private and fenced in. No pets! Yoder's Fresh Market, Earth Origins, Publix as well as Walmart Marketplace are nearby to grab groceries. Downtown Sarasota has an amazing assortment of restaurants. Check out our guidebook to view our favorite local spots and activities. We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap. If you need anything, please contact us through the Airbnb messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. The space This house was completely renovated inside and out in 2015 and new flooring, and paint was later done in 2020. It has a great deal of space as well as privacy for you. The yard is private and fenced in. Located in a quiet family neighborhood just minutes to shopping, dining, golf courses and of course the #1 Beach in the USA along with multiple other beautiful beaches including Lido Key, Casey Key, Turtle Beach and more. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet and master bathroom with double vanity and shower. It has a smart television which can use your Hulu, or Netflix account. The second bedroom has a twin and full bunk bed. It has a dresser and large closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet and smart TV. The guest bath has a single sink and bathtub. The kitchen is fully stocked for 6 people with a dining table for 6. There is a cafe table for two. There is a washer and dryer for your use as well in the large laundry room. Please provide your own laundry soap or replace what you use so the cleaning crew has it for the linens. Relax by the pool in your private fenced in yard or enjoy a charcoal BBQ on the patio with seating for 6. Please note the pool is not heated. The pool is cleaned once a week, the trees do drop a lot of leaves into the pool so you will need to scoop the leaves daily in between. Some beach essentials may be in the pool mechanical room but often guests leave them behind, break them or take them so I can’t guarantee what will be there or their condition. Initial toilet paper and paper towels may be in the house but please plan on purchasing more if supplies run low or you are staying for longer than 2 or 3 days. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin top bunk and a full sized bottom bunk, a large closet and a chest of drawers. There is another full bathroom with a bathtub and a separate spacious laundry area with a washer and dryer. The living room has a sofa, love seat and flat screen tv with cable and WiFi. Relax on the patio at a table for six with an umbrella or take a dip in the in ground pool. There is a large front yard and the back yard is fenced in for privacy. Off street parking for two cars. There are linens for up to 8 guests, sheets for all of the beds, a vacuum, as well as other household cleaning items. Other things to note The pool and yard are maintained weekly by hired services. The trash is picked up on Tuesdays at the curb. The house has wifi and cable and a DVD player. The pool is not heated but it is in a private fenced in yard.

Guest access Pool access and rules : •Swim at your own risk •No diving •No running •No glass •No food •Children must have adult supervision at all times •No tampering with pool settings A fully equipped kitchen offers integrated Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, integrated Bosch dishwasher and Samsung stove with convection oven. Spacious countertops include chefs sink with plenty of entertaining and prep space. Coffee bar with Nespresso original CitiZ machine with a milk frother, drip coffee machine, small coffee grinder, Chemex, electric tea kettle, and a French press. (Filters provided for both Chemex as well as drip machine. Please bring your own favorite coffee pods or blend.) Main living space surrounding the kitchen includes dining for up to six. The cozy living room has views of pool and includes a media center wall with a flatscreen and Marshall speaker. Bathrooms equipped with towels, toiletries and two Crate & Barrel waffle robes in the master. Luxurious outdoor shower with hot/cold running water to rinse off the salty ocean water and sand. Samsung washer and two dryers are for your use in the garage. (A starter pack of laundry pods and dryer sheets should get you through the first couple of days.) All basic beach supplies provided (4 chairs, umbrella, two bags of miscellaneous kids beach toys, cooler, a beach wagon and totes). Florida weather is incredibly beautiful but at times can be harsh and unpredictable, host cannot take responsibility if a hurricane or severe weather passes through during your stay. If city issues an evac and/or in case of power outages guests will be responsible to find their own backup accommodations. A refund will be issued for unused days in these circumstances. Guest access The entire home is yours to stay. Driveway parking is available. Please do not park in the garage. Upon check-in, you will receive an access code to the front door for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Landscaping maintenance weekly Monday mornings. Garbage day is on Tuesdays. We kindly ask to avoid placing any plastic bags into the blue recycle bin as it will result in the trash not being taken that week. Pool maintenance weekly Thursday mornings. Please keep the patio screen side doors unlocked so that pool maintenance can access the pool during this time. There is one security camera on the garage facing the street for guest and neighborhood safety. We do our part in holding our housekeeping team to the highest standards as well as utilize quarterly and as-needed pest control services (safe for kids and animals). Please note: we are unable to offer any guarantees against nor refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside during your stay. We are located in a hot and humid climate that is teeming with wildlife thus please help us by keeping entry/garage doors closed, dispose of trash properly, and store food in a responsible manner.
