Our street legal golf cart can navigate you to anywhere you want to go on this road, or other roads with speed limits of 25 mph or less. ~ The South gate takes you to the main highway. This is very convenient so you don't have to fight traffic on the beach road if you have plans to go somewhere else like the grocery store, shopping at the outlets, Restaurants, theaters or excursions. For those last minute needs, there is a General store at the entrance to the South gate on the main highway. ~Upon arrival you will have the convenience of a smart lock that will be assigned your own personal code that will automatically activate at your check in time. There is a doorbell camera at the entryway as well. Feel free to ring the doorbell if you have any issues with the door lock for immediate help or feel free to call or text as well. Guest will have access to the entire property with the exception of the owners closet in the main bedroom which is kept locked. It is located in a quiet street away from the main road to the resort. Maravilla is a low density development of 4- 4 story condo buildings, cottages and a dozen multi-story houses. There is a Smart -Roku TV in every bedroom and living room. The living room TV has HULU. The space This gated resort is ideally located between Destin Commons and Silver Sands outlets. Destin Commons is a shopping and entertainment complex with 14 AMC Cinemas, boutique shops, restaurants and bowling lanes. There is a splash area for kids. This is a nice place to unwind after a day at the beach. Three miles east of Maravilla is Silver Sands, a 110 store designer outlet. World class golf courses are within 2-5 miles of the resort. Numerous local restaurants that serve great seafood are within short driving distance. For your grocery needs, Whole Foods, and Publix are within 2-3 miles and Fresh Market and Walmart are just 4 miles from the resort. Well behaved pets are always welcome for the residence has tile throughout all rooms. Upon arrival, as you enter the foyer, the first floor speaks for itself with an incredible space for engaging in memorable conversations. The kitchen is very spacious and is perfect for your family chef or guest chef. The kitchen is equipped with wrap-around granite counter, a deep stainless-steel soaking sink and an additional stainless-steel side by side sink. Stainless-steel appliances reflect a sense of class and cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Appliances include top of the line refrigerator, cooktop, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, along with offering a choice of a combo Keurig/Coffee maker for your brewing pleasure. The dining room table offers seating for (6) and the counter stools with seating for (3). Feel free to dine alfresco on the screened-in porch with seating for (6) overlooking the backyard pool with the breeze of a ceiling fan. Allow your grill master to be on stage while flipping steaks and hot dogs while enjoying the laughter of the kids and adults splashing in the pool. The fenced in backyard is the ultimate entertainment area with the swimming pool and (7) chaise lounge chairs for unwinding after a tough day at the beach (pool can be heated upon request for an additional $50 per night). The living area features a large flat screen TV with (1) very large sofa and (1) regular sleeper sofa along with (2) chairs where you can snuggle up to enjoy movies, play games around the coffee table or just kick back with a great book. The first-floor bedroom features a king bed with a private entrance to the pool and backyard. The first-floor bathroom has a single vanity, tiled shower and commode. On the second floor, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a King bed, access to the front porch, tall ceilings and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity quartz countertop along with a large free-standing jetted tub and tiled shower and spacious closet. The third guest room has another King bed with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room has (2) Full beds. All four bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, and closets. For family that loves to travel and wash clothes there is a full-sized washer and dryer. A Wave From It All is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the Crystal Beach area. Accommodating up to 10 guest, this home is perfect for 2-3 families, a friend’s trip, or a couples getaway. This spacious home with an amazing Florida room will have you relaxing in no time! Easy beach access is available just half a mile to a mile away. The space This is a self managed family friendly 4 bedroom house that is centrally located in the heart of Destin in the Crystal Beach area. It is just a quick golf cart ride to 3 different beach access point. It is half a mile to Tarpon Beach Trail Access which has brand new bathrooms, walkways to the beach, and golf cart parking. It is less than a mile to Crystal Beach or James Lee Beach Access at Crab Trap, which both include free golf cart parking and public restrooms. We are located near the front entrance of the Sunsail neighborhood and a few houses away from the community pool. Golf Carts can be driven along Scenic Gulf Highway and may cross highway 98 to get to the restaurants and shops at Destin Commons. - We can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in our driveway. The sidewalk can't be blocked. - Our home can accommodate up to 10 adults. We provide 10 beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, boogie boards, and sand toys for easy travel. - Community pool access is available seasonally during your stay except from November 1st to March 31st. The Living room includes a 55 inch TV, Queen sleeper sofa, and family board games. All bedrooms include a 42 inch TV. The master includes a King size bed with full bathroom. The community pool is a few doors down and available for our guests. It is closed from November 1st- March 31st. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in our driveway. This home also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for you to use during your stay. GOLF CART- A 6 seater golf cart is available for you to use during your stay. You may use this on any roads that have a speed limit under 25 mph. This will allow you access to the beach, Destin Commons which includes shopping, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment (including bowling and a movie theater). You can also access several restaurants via golf cart without crossing over Highway 98 including our favorite Ice Cream in Destin, Bruster’s and our favorite Mexican- Blue Iguana. Upon booking, we will send you a rental agreement for the golf cart and will need you to provide a valid drivers license and insurance card. You must be 21 or older to drive our golf cart. Please note that we only provide a starter pack of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. Guest access Keypad on front door. A hallway half bathroom is located off this living area. A second floor balcony with seating for 4 is located overlooking the community. A king bedroom suite can be found on the second floor. This large private bedroom features a 50" Smart TV with cable and private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a shower, and a double sink perfect sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate. A new 2-player Cocktail Arcade Game System with 412 games including Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, and Space Invaders provides fun for the entire family. There are three bedrooms located on the first floor. The first bedroom features a queen bed and 42" TV. This room shares a large bathroom with the bunk room, with two separate bunk sets with twin-over-twin beds and a 31" cable tv. There is also a king suite with 42" Smart TV, as well as its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. You can bask in the Florida sunshine and salt air on the balcony. A gated beach access nearby allows you to have your toes in the sand in just minutes. Tents and canopies are not allowed on this beach. This home is pet-friendly, with a $300 (plus tax) non-refundable pet fee that covers up to two adult, non-aggressive breeds, each weighing 25 pounds or less. Seasonal beach service runs March 1st - October 31st and includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. The community pool is heated Thanksgiving Week, and then Christmas through Spring Break. The barbeque grills by the community pool are charcoal. Free parking is provided for 2 vehicles. Golf Carts are not allowed in this community. The HOA provides extra parking spaces (when available) for vehicles at a cost of $10 per day for reservations made at least 2 weeks in advance (an additional $5 per day is charged as a late fee for reservations made less than 2 weeks in advance). Guests should reserve any extra parking spaces needed as soon as their booking is confirmed.
