The space Our place is very spacious single story house. It has 3 bedroom, formal dining, living and a open study room, spacious kitchen with breakfast area. Our house is close to fortbend tollway and hwy 6. Lots of local and chain resturants nearby. Wal-Mart, Kroger and HEB are within 2-5 minutes distance. Guest access You have a large driveway to park multiple cars. Backyard is small but open to guest. Garage is the only space that's not useable. The whole house will be yours during the course of your stay. Other things to note We hope that you will take care of our house as you do yours. Our ultimate goal is you have a comfortable stay and visit us again.

Thank you :-) look for **** The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed, a living room with TV (local channels only, no WiFi, unless you find hotspots) and DVD player and with a daybed which converts into 2 single beds ( these 2 single beds are more suited for children or adults 5ft 9 and under). There is a comfortable dining area with table and 4 chairs, a small but well equipped kitchen (no oven but a 4 burners stove top, microwave, toaster and coffee machine) and a bathroom with shower stall. Adjacent to the apartment is a private fenced yard with a lounging area (no BBQ). The fence is covered with honey suckle and grape vines, attracting humming birds, red cardinals, blue birds and many more depending on the season. ***Please confirm how many beds you will need me to make or if only the king is sufficient. ***Please confirm that you and your guests are non smoker at the time of the request. I am highly allergic not only to the smoke but the smell as well, so even if a guest is planning on smoking outside the property, I still do not feel comfortable accepting the booking. ****If you travel with your dog(s) please let us know at the time of the request how many and if you have crates for them. The yard is roomy and safe for dogs and the apartment floor is tiled for easy cleaning should your 4-legged friend bring dirt in. We provide a small vacuum cleaner and dog towels for any mess as well as cleaning products. *****Because we do not charge a cleaning fee, we rely on the good will of our guests to really clean (vacuum, mop floors, clean kitchen and bathroom) before their checkout. Let us know if you are fine with this cleaning request. *****Because we will need to meet you at the gate for checkin, please let us know at the time of booking request that you will be able to arrive between 2:00PM and no later than 7:00PM. If you travel with your horse we have lots of turnout and 3 beautiful stalls. Fencing is very safe and we also offer a 60 ft arena to work your horse and a wash area for grooming.
