Please expect there to be a pool tech entering the west gate Tuesday mornings to service pool.** PROPANE POLICY: We’re happy to offer both a propane fire pit and propane grill for your convenience and enjoyment during your stay! Having said that, we’d like to set expectations on the usage and filling of the propane tanks as there’s no industry standard that works for all hosts. As of the writing of this note, we were doing our best to go to the property to make sure the tanks were full as we’d like to offer this for free and always available. This became almost impossible to manage as people use propane at very different levels and some also abuse the fire pit, leaving it on while nobody is around for extended periods of time. (PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS) So, after working to find the best solution for both parties, we’ve found that if the propane is out, guests can go exchange or fill up the tank and we’ll reimburse you $20 per tank with proof of receipt. We really appreciate the understanding on this as it’s the smoothest solution we’ve found for everyone. We’re still covering the majority of the propane cost, if not all, you just may have to fill/exchange at one of the convenient options provided in the welcome book.
