You also have the option to park closer to the beach access if needed. Two complimentary beach chairs and one umbrella (March 15 - October 30) are included with this rental. Maravilla Resort consists of two community pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball goals, pickleball, shuffleboard courts and a small fitness area. There is a walking /running/bike trail along Scenic Gulf Drive that attracts many especially in the morning hours. Maravilla is conveniently located in a prime area for all activities in Destin and the surrounding area. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Shopping, golf, and much much more are right around the corner!!! This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated community and security will check ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises. The space This is a self managed family friendly 4 bedroom house that is centrally located in the heart of Destin in the Crystal Beach area. It is just a quick golf cart ride to 3 different beach access point. It is half a mile to Tarpon Beach Trail Access which has brand new bathrooms, walkways to the beach, and golf cart parking. It is less than a mile to Crystal Beach or James Lee Beach Access at Crab Trap, which both include free golf cart parking and public restrooms. We are located near the front entrance of the Sunsail neighborhood and a few houses away from the community pool. Golf Carts can be driven along Scenic Gulf Highway and may cross highway 98 to get to the restaurants and shops at Destin Commons. - We can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in our driveway. The sidewalk can't be blocked. - Our home can accommodate up to 10 adults. We provide 10 beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, boogie boards, and sand toys for easy travel. - Community pool access is available seasonally during your stay except from November 1st to March 31st. You may use this on any roads that have a speed limit under 25 mph. This will allow you access to the beach, Destin Commons which includes shopping, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment (including bowling and a movie theater). You can also access several restaurants via golf cart without crossing over Highway 98 including our favorite Ice Cream in Destin, Bruster’s and our favorite Mexican- Blue Iguana. Upon booking, we will send you a rental agreement for the golf cart and will need you to provide a valid drivers license and insurance card. You must be 21 or older to drive our golf cart. Please note that we only provide a starter pack of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. Guest access Keypad on front door. Secret Sands - Saltwater Pool, Beach Access!

You will love your stay at our charming beach bungalow. Start off your morning walking down the street to one of the fantastic breakfast spots, then go for a walk on the private beach to catch some early morning sun. Recently installed pavers throughout the yard are complemented perfectly by a screened in porch and amazing yard with string lights, providing plenty of room for friends and family. The house layout is great for families who want to enjoy a yard and outdoor space. The space This is one of the last remaining quant beach bungalows. In the house, there are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two of the bedrooms have king beds while the third is set up as a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds to accommodate a larger group. The 4th bonus room is in bungalow room in the backyard (with it's own AC and TV), kids love being able to sleep in their own space as well as adults that want a little extra privacy. The living room has an oversized sectional and is open to the dining room so your whole group can be together. The best part of the house is all of the outdoor space, your group will have plenty of space to relax after a long day at the beach. We have a 6 seat farmhouse table on the patio near the grill along with plenty of extra seating to sit back and enjoy the outside. Around the corner are another group of chairs surrounding the outdoor fireplace. The entire yard is fenced so your kids/pets can run around and enjoy the yard. Other things to note Home Truths: - It is a short 5 minute walk (0.3 miles) to the PRIVATE beach entrance at Hollywood Dr., there is no parking at that entrance. There is a public beach also nearby at Pompano joes that has free parking (this fills up). - This is a 1950's bungalow, and while it has been updated, at its core, it is still an older home. We love the charm, but please be aware this is not a new build and has some character. - Frangista Beach is an upscale neighborhood with a mix of vacation rentals and a few permanent residents. This is not the best house for late-night noise or parties. - Outdoor shower for washing off sand is available on the back porch. - Pets are allowed with an additional fee for cleaning. - If you are a larger group of adults (more than 6-8 adults), please read through the bed configuration or contact us before booking to make sure it will work for your needs. - Note: We require each booking to sign a lease you will receive an email from lemonadestandhomes with instructions once you book.

ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are subject to the pet fee, as they do not fall under ADA compliant service animal requirements. • Our cleaners supply a courtesy supply of toiletries for roughly the first day or so of your stay (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, bar soap, laundry soap, dish detergent) but guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (Ziplocs, foil, etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items. • We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed. • Golf cart use is not permitted for use by guests under age 25 (insurance reasons) and unfortunately no exceptions can be made. Drivers must be licensed and insured, and sign the waiver prior to use.

You will see this screened oasis as soon as you enter the home! The entire back wall is glass looking out to the pool area where fun and relaxation in the sun takes place. Just outside the screened area is a barbecue grill for preparing a tasty meal.  This home is immaculate and has been updated with new furnishings that embody a coastal flair. The open floor plan is spacious, so everyone has room to spread out. In the center of the home is the living area with a large leather sofa and club chairs for lounging, two dining areas-- one seats four and the other seats eight. The bar has stools for seating while you converse with whoever is meal prepping. The kitchen is well equipped with all new small appliances and kitchenware.  On one side of the house you have two bedrooms: the Master bedroom features a King bed, a smart TV, a huge bathroom with a double vanity, double shower and jetted tub. The front bedroom has a Queen bed and a smart TV. Each tv has Youtube TV instead of cable. The other side of the home has a King bedroom with a smart TV that shares the hall bathroom with a shower. The kids bunk room has a twin over a full bunk bed, a smart TV and an adjoining bathroom. This home also has a huge two car garage and a laundry room. There is enough parking for four cars.   Destiny East is a gated, beach side community and has superb amenities for your group to enjoy including a community pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, IMAX theatre, children's playground, outdoor grilling area, putting green & in ground pool & spa centrally located near shopping, dining & entertainment. And, of course you are a short distance to the beach!  The access is at The Crab Trap which is 7 minutes or .5 miles away.   This home also includes the benefit of complimentary amenity items from VayKGear! The cottage is in Maravilla Resort, Miramar Beach, FL. The resort has a 2.5 acre private beach, which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage. The cottage sleeps 10 comfortably. It is located in a quiet street away from the main road to the resort. Maravilla is a low density development of 4- 4 story condo buildings, cottages and a dozen multi-story houses. There is a Smart -Roku TV in every bedroom and living room. The living room TV has HULU. The space This gated resort is ideally located between Destin Commons and Silver Sands outlets. Destin Commons is a shopping and entertainment complex with 14 AMC Cinemas, boutique shops, restaurants and bowling lanes. There is a splash area for kids. This is a nice place to unwind after a day at the beach. Three miles east of Maravilla is Silver Sands, a 110 store designer outlet. World class golf courses are within 2-5 miles of the resort. Numerous local restaurants that serve great seafood are within short driving distance. For your grocery needs, Whole Foods, and Publix are within 2-3 miles and Fresh Market and Walmart are just 4 miles from the resort. For the adventurous, kayaks, paddle-boards and boogie boards are available for rent at the beach. Parasailing, jet ski and pontoon boat rentals are nearby. There are plenty of things to do in Destin for any age and interest. Beach service setup of 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are included. Just tell the beach attendant the address of the cottage. A buggy is provided in case you need to bring more beach chairs and umbrella to the beach. Guest access The cottage has 4 available bedrooms and two full baths. You can access the entire house EXCEPT the one locked bedroom. You have full access to all Maravilla Resort amenities. Grills are available for use in the backyard as well as near both swimming pools. Other things to note Trash is disposed in the garbage bins located on the east side of the cottage. Please take the garbage bin(s) out to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday nights. Garbage collection is on Mondays and Thursdays (VERY EARLY). Please take the bins back after collection. If you are checking out on a Friday or Saturday, please take the garbage to the dumpster near the cul de sac. The HOA will impose a fine for bins left on the curb after 24 hours. Trailers, RV's and boats are NOT allowed in the parking lot. Canopies and tents are NOT allowed on the beach. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach per Walton County Ordinance 2021-03 Sec. 22-31 (b).

The Escapes by Dave presents The Beach Escape - Destin, a professionally designed home that is a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute drive to Destin Commons. After your day on the beach, rinse off at the backyard outdoor shower and take a dip in the heated saltwater pool and 8ft x 8ft hot tub. Relax on the in-pool tanning ledge loungers while the children play in the shaded sandbox. Enjoy the fire pit while lounging in our comfortable, oversized adirondack chairs, while making S’Mores!
