This is the perfect second living space to allow groups to spread out and unwind. KITCHEN: Our brand new kitchen is large with a ton of counter space. Making large family dinners has never been more convenient. We have a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and tons of countertop space. The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bake ware, can opener, corkscrew, cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, a regular coffee pot and filters. We have plenty of dishes, plates and tableware to accommodate large groups. Just off the kitchen is barstool seating, as well as a large dining table, with additional seating in the living room. This main level is great for family gatherings and is the perfect place to come together after a fun San Diego day. OUTDOORS: The back yard is accessible from the downstairs family room. It is completely fenced in with a gate to the front yard, making it a very dog friendly outdoor area for your pet to safely explore. We have corn hole set up for additional family fun!
