Centrally located in the gorgeous area between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Mountains, Movies and More is a spacious upscale cabin that provides all of the amenities you need for that perfect vacation getaway. This cabin's fine amenities include 3 king suites, theater room, game loft, hot tub and mountain views. The space After taking in the beautiful mountain views from the hot tub outside as well as the two-story great room inside, you can enjoy your favorite movie in the cabin’s own theater room that comfortably seats 11 people. Other entertainment options are in the cabin’s large mountain-view game loft – air hockey, pool table, wet bar, and Multicade arcade system (containing tons of classics like Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Ms. Pac-Man, etc.). Following a lively evening with family and friends in the rockers on the deck, you can relax in one of the cabin’s three private king bedrooms that each have their own Jacuzzi tub, shower, flat screen TV, and private balcony with a view of the mountains. Two of the three bedrooms are located on the main floor, which is perfect for families with older, less mobile guests. The cabin has also two queen sleeper sofas in the great room and a full size futon in the game loft. Due to these sleeping arrangements, this cabin is not recommended for more than 6 adults, but can sleep up to 12, assuming 6 guests do not mind sleeping on sleeper sofas or the futon. There is only one crew of housekeepers that clean this cabin (most cabin rentals are serviced by rotating crews who clean many cabins per day). Many previous guests have described this cabin as very clean. We have two full sets of luxurious sheets and towels for this cabin that are meticulously cleaned and switched out before each stay, so you are not dealing with linens that were previously used in a cabin that allowed smoking or fraternity parties. We have added liquid hand soap to each sink to ensure that all guests can continue to keep themselves and others germ-free. Also, if you decide to leave your mountain paradise, you are only minutes away from the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You must indicate the number of dogs you are bringing, if any, in the guest count section of your reservation. The nonrefundable pet fee for the first dog is automatically included in your price assuming that you correctly included the dog in your guest count. If you are bringing a second dog or third dog, a nonrefundable pet fee of $25 per night ($100 max per week) per extra dog will be collected sometime between your booking date and check in date. House-trained dogs of any size are welcome and a third dog is welcome if the three dogs are accustomed to being together and get along well. You are responsible for picking up after your dog(s) and keeping your dog(s) in a crate (guests must bring them -- they are not provided) when guests are not in the home. If additional costs are incurred for cleaning, pick-up, or damage as a result of the dog(s), you will be billed for those costs. Due to the incline of the driveway, this cabin is not RV accessible, however normal passenger cars/vans/trucks can easily drive up and down the cabin's paved driveway. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

All other issues must be reported immediately when they occur. We do not issue refunds for issues reported after check‑out or for incidents that occurred days earlier but were not reported promptly. IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: - No smoke/drug/party/event allowed. Quiet hours 10pm to 6am. - No weapon allowed at the property. Do not leave your weapon behind. Excessive consumption of alcohol, use of prescribed medication, or over the counter sleep aids is prohibited before or during use of hot tub. Children under 16 years old are prohibited from using hot tub. Hot tub use should be limited to 30 minutes maximum. - Use in-sink garbage disposal for small food remnants only. - Do not put liquid dish soap in dish washer. - Do not wash white bedding and white towels with colored fabric. - Extra fee will be charged for stubborn or unremovable linen stains or any item damaged or removed from the premise. Ours is true high speed cable internet. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, with all stays of 4 days or longer I also include, FOR FREE, access (for up to 6 people) to the Pigeon Forge Recreation Center which is just 5 miles away and features an indoor and outdoor pool along with a gym and a library. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons. **ROADS: In the winter for all cabins that are up in the mountain whether it's ours or another, we recommend a 4x4, especially if there is snow/ice on the road. The county maintains the main roads, but do not maintain the branch roads. We will unfortunately not be able to help tow your car, and if our cleaners/maintenance are able to drive to the cabin safely we will unfortunately not be able to help with cancellations/rescheduling as guests are expected to have reasonable modes of transportation. Please use your discretion when it comes to driving in mountain roads -- sometimes it can simply be unsafe to travel for any car, anywhere up the mountain in extreme weather. We treat for them but you may see them around or in the cabin, as the treatment doesn’t eliminate them completely. We have a lady bug vac in the living room to take care of any issues. - We diligently strive to provide listed amenities to our guests but there may be circumstances that prevent this from happening. All amenities may not be available at all times. - A few items are provided for your convenience upon arrival (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee, etc.),. Guests are encouraged to bring additional items for long stays, as needed. - The hot tub is drained and cleaned after each guest. It can take up to 6 hours to reach optimal temperature. Please allow time on the night of check in for water to heat up. Standing on the hot tub cover and breaking it will result in a $500 replacement fee. Leaving the hot tub uncovered when not in use may result in maintenance/excessive cleaning fees or forfeiture of deposit. - Do not feed the bears. Don’t leave any food in your vehicle or outside. Always lock your vehicle & the cabin doors, especially while cooking. They WILL open doors, come up onto the deck, and get into trash that is left outside. Trash/food that is discarded outside and not disposed in the bear bin will draw the bears to the cabin. Please do not approach the bears. Viewing wildlife from a safe distance and with appropriate precaution is part of the Smoky Mountain experience. - A motion activated security camera is outside, pointed at the parking area & walkway to the door. It records video and audio 24/7 for property security. There are no cameras pointed at private spaces or inside.
