Incredible 4 bed/3 bath home with amazing views and stunning backyard complete with fire pit, built-in grill, pool and hot tub, and a variety of fruit trees. Private elevated deck off the master suite with wonderful sunset views. Includes workspace, formal dining room with grand piano, and an incredible home theater with 100" projector screen. Off-street and street parking. Onsite property managers live in the guest house on the property but are fully separated, ensuring your privacy. The space There are 4 bedrooms: 3 upstairs and 1 on the main floor (one small step is required to access the lower bedroom). The upstairs master suite includes en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, his and hers toilet rooms, and a walk-out private deck with an amazing view. A second upstairs bedroom with a double vanity bathroom featuring a soaking tub and shower (this shower is small, please be aware). The third bedroom on the upper floor shares that bathroom and also serves as an exercise/workout room. The 4th bedroom (main floor) has an exterior door to the backyard, and an attached bathroom with shower, which is also accessible/usable by the main floor. There are patio heaters and a fire pit in the outdoor sitting areas, as well as a covered cabana with a projection tv on the lower level by the pool/hot tub. The pool has a solar heating system, making it generally usable year-round. There is a guest house next to the property which is occupied by the property manager so if you have any maintenance or personal needs, we have someone generally available 24/7 (their space is fully separated from the house, ensuring your privacy). We are longtime Airbnb Superhosts (from previous listings) who are now renting our primary residence out while we travel and live part-time in Colorado. As such, some of our personal belongings are in the space, but in general the space will be fully accessible and usable to you other than an office which will be locked. Guest access The guest house's backyard space is divided off by a white fence on the patio. Please do not park in front of the guest house or its garage. The rest of the property is available for your enjoyment other than a small office and attic storage spaces which will be locked, as well as the exterior shed which will also be locked. Other things to note No parties or outside guests are allowed... the property managers are on-site 24/7 so please know that this is NOT a party house. Because the pool area is not separately gated we will NOT allow any guests with children between the ages of 1 and 6 (infants and 6+ yr olds are ok). This technology respects your privacy and only monitors noise levels, not personal conversations or information. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us be good neighbors! We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 9:00PM-7:00AM. Sound amplification devices, such as speakers, are never allowed at the home, and quiet hours (9:00PM-7:00AM) are strictly enforced. We do provide one Bluetooth speaker for guest use during their reservation. The pool and jacuzzi are off limits during quiet hours (9:00PM-7:00AM) and any violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your reservation mid-stay, without refund. ADDITIONAL GUESTS, EVENTS, and GATHERINGS We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests or visitors unless previously authorized by the host. Unauthorized additional guests/visitors will result in an unauthorized visitor fee of $250 per person. If using party decorations, please do not use tape that will damage the paint on the walls, confetti or glitter in the home or backyard. If any tape, decorations, glitter, or confetti are found on the property following your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. SALTWATER POOL AND HOT TUB The use and heating of the hot tub is always included in the price of your stay. Heating the pool is at the option of the guest. If you desire the pool to be heated, there is a fee per day for pool heating and it is required for the entire duration of your stay. The pool heating fee is $125/day to heat the pool from September to May and $50/day from June to August. Please note the pool can only be heated up to 85 degrees. Again, the pool and jacuzzi are off limits during quiet hours (9:00PM-7:00AM). Pool and Hot Tub rules: - Enter the pool and hot tub at your own risk! - NO running on the pool deck - NO diving in the pool - Please rinse off your body before entering the pool or hot tub - Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is over 104° F - Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before reentering - Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times - Please do not bring glass in or around the hot tub or pool - No pets allowed on the pool deck, or in the pool or hot tub - Do not use alcohol or narcotics before entering hot tub or pool - Anyone pregnant, elderly, or those with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or any serious medical condition should consult with a doctor before entering the hot tub or pool. PETS Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property. Guests who bring unauthorized pets onto the property will be responsible for a fine of $250 per pet, and any additional cleaning charges based on the cleanliness of the home at time of check-out. Please note that even if there’s a no-pets policy, there may have been service animals in the past. We cannot guarantee that the property is completely free of pet allergens. DAMAGE Guests are required to report all damage that occurred during their stay to the host via the booking platform, prior to check-out. We understand accidents happen, but guests will be financially responsible for any damage that occurs during their reservation that is not covered by the damage waiver. Please do not remove any furnishings, equipment, or items from the unit, including any linen, dishes, or any other items from the unit. Guests will be liable for any additional costs, charges or expenses resulting from any damage, lost or stolen items, or excessive check-out cleaning. SMOKING Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself, and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine up to $2,000 for smoke remediation. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: doing either will result in immediate eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement. SECURITY This property implements video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are books and board games for the whole family. 2 private yards: you have access to a front yard and the backyard with the pool and heated spa. (Pool can be heated at additional fee) The house is located in a secluded part of Mt Helix, you will feel far from everything but you are only 15mn of downtown. The space The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. Please note that the pictures only show bedrooms with bunk beds but eventually we will have king bed on each bedroom. You can heat up the spa, you hava access to a push button to turn it on. The pool can be heated at an additional fee per day. There is no extra fee for heating the jacuzzi/hot tub. For the whole pool, it’s $150 for the first day. Then if you decide to continue to keep it on the following days, we can maintain for $100 per consecutive day. To the right of the foyer you’ll find the spacious living room and open kitchen, dining area, and French doors leading out to the BBQ. The second living room, designed as a Whiskey room, is straight back, with a sliding door to the back patio where comfortable lounge seating awaits! All TV's are streaming ready! (One in each living room, and one in the master bedroom.) The state of the art kitchen is any chefs dream, equipped with everything you'll need to make yourselves at home. To the left of the foyer is the hallway where you'll find all bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, and garage access. Going to the right of the hall you will find the master bed and bath to the end on the right. The master bedroom provides a large king bed, bookcase, dresser, two closets, and many drawers. The master bath has a large glassed in shower and double sinks. Across the hall from this room is the room with two double beds. With mixing bowls, Tupperware, and Pyrex dishes, you can prepare any dinner or dessert while taking in the views. Did somebody say popcorn? We have furnished this home with a nostalgia popcorn maker, with kernels, oil, and bags to provide a fun vacation experience. The coffee bar is also stocked with hot chocolate for the kids, as well as coffee and teas. Whether you decide to go with the French press, or the standard drip coffee, you will have no problem getting your caffeine. To the left of the kitchen is the dining table, and second fireplace, which is an open concept, wrapping back around to the living room. The living room provides a big screen TV and a large sectional with a chaise. Games and puzzles are also provided for your enjoyment. Travel crib, toddler floor mattress, and high chair are available in the entry closet for those traveling with littles. The tiki hut is the perfect place to relax and play pool, serve up your favorite drinks and dishes, watch sports, or play cards at the poker table. Bottom garage is a converted game room with 5 arcade machines, air hockey machine and tv. There is truly something for everyone at this property. Expect it to be 75-83 temperature range for summer, 63-73 for fall, 60-65 for winter, and 63-73 for spring. For guests who would like to heat the pool, this is an option at an additional fee of 250 dollars per day. This is a pass through expense as the gas costs in our region are exceedingly high. It takes a full day to heat the pool at times so let us know in advance. It is complementary to heat the jacuzzi. We hope this ensures each guest can select the option that best works for their visit and budget!
