Little Manahan Two is a SECOND-FLOOR, two-queen bedroom, one bath apartment with a front porch & private entrance on a quiet street. Designated workspace, five-minute walk to hospital, churches, shops, restaurants and YMCA, two-car off-street parking spaces with room to keep bicycles and EV charging. Key access is with a lockbox located next to the front door. Access to the Acadia National Park Loop Rd is nearby. I have a no pet policy. There is a 9% Maine sales tax added through Airbnb. The space This is a 1940's house on the second floor so the staircase is a bit steeper than in a modern house and the floors tend to be a bit uneven. Because the apartment is not childproofed I prefer not to accept children under the age of six. The space is an open living room, dining area, and kitchenette, MW but no dishwasher, full bath with claw foot tub and shower. Master bedroom has a queen bed, bistro table and chairs, desk, and comfy chair for reading and relaxing. Second bedroom also has a queen bed and both bedrooms have locks on the doors. There is no cable but the SmartTV has ROKU, and DVR. You must use your own ID and passwords to use the ROKU. There is WiFi and DSL INTERNET, as well as a cable to plug a computer into the tv. A/Cs are in the living room and both bedrooms, and heat for the shoulder seasons. There is no washer or dryer but the large, bright laundromat is one block away at the end of the street. Loft East is a contemporary, open space for your family and friends to relax after a day in Acadia National Park. Centrally located on a residential side street off of Main Street, walk to all of the best restaurants and shops that downtown Bar Harbor has to offer. And with a view of Cadillac Mountain from the dining room, it is just minutes from Acadia National Park. And we have dedicated parking! The space The home is located above a fantastic wood fired restaurant. The kitchen, dining, living room, desk and a half bath are located on the main/2nd floor. Both bedrooms (king is ensuite) and a full bath/laundry are located on the 3rd floor. Guest access The entire two bedroom loft is yours to enjoy privately. The entrance and stairway are shared with the neighboring loft. The parking lot is shared. Please park in the two spaces designated "East" with the sign centered in front of your vehicle. Other things to note The Bar Harbor Loft is above a fantastic wood fired pizza restaurant (which we highly recommend!) and has potential for restaurant noise and odors. Bar Harbor Loft East

Acadia Access Cottage is a 2 bedroom (one with queen bed, one with two singles) stand alone cottage. It is very private and pastoral but in a wonderful central location to enjoy all of Mt.Desert Island and Acadia National Park. The space Acadia Access Cottage is very private but central to our beautiful island. It has a very well appointed kitchen and a peaceful view. Our renters have been very pleased. See (website hidden) reviews (phone number hidden). Guest access Our cottage is very centrally located, near Eagle Lake. It is possible to bike directly to the carriage trails. We have direct access to a Friends of Acadia trail, the Acadia Ridge trail. Other things to note We have excellent Wifi using a high speed cable that is relayed to the cottage. We do not have TV stations but do have a TV with a DVD player and a small library of movies. Guests have been able to stream video using our Wifi and connecting to the TV or bringing a Roku, Apple TV or other device. We do allow a dog but no other types of pets. We expect dogs to be left in a crate provided by the guest if the dog is left alone. If we can be assured that is not necessary then the crate will be waived however we do ask you to bring coverings for any furniture that the dog will be allowed to go onto and to restrict the dogs from any space that cannot be covered.
