We’ve recently upgraded our pool—and it’s now heated (select weeks), so you can enjoy a relaxing swim any time of year. Sun, sand, great food, and total convenience—it doesn’t get much better than this. The space Beautiful townhome with two rooms downstairs and one master bedroom upstairs. Upstairs also has the kitchen, small dining area, door to the patio and a entertainment area with cable TV and high speed internet. Guest access You will have sole access to the entire house including garage. There are some very old reviews that may mention that I was there with my dog. This is no longer the case. The place is all yours! Other things to note We recently swapped over management but the place hasn’t changed. We’ve added some more recent reviews in our photos. A large Smart TV is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, with included standard cable. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional breakfast bar seating for 3, making this space ideal for meals, games, or gathering with friends and family. • Our kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room making it easy to be together. We offer a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. This spacious King bedroom features a large Smart TV with standard cable and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. A mini-split AC unit allows guests to control the temperature to their liking. Our fully fenced backyard features a private pool, perfect for lounging, relaxing, or enjoying some poolside fun. Ask about adding pool heating for an added fee during the chillier months! The patio is furnished with outdoor couches and multiple sun loungers, giving you plenty of space to unwind, socialize, or enjoy your favorite refreshing drink. Whether cooling off after a day at the beach or relaxing under the stars, this backyard is the perfect spot to make lasting vacation memories. >> Parking << • The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles plus the 6-passenger golf cart that is available to rent for our guests. We unfortunately do not offer parking for boats, trailers, or RVs at this home. There is no street parking or overnight public parking available nearby. >> Tiny Travelers & Pets << • We are a family friendly home & include a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates for peace of mind. • We are pet friendly and we allow up to 2 pets with a required, non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed. Guest access • You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in. • Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note • PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding! • All linens are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home if needed. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay. • We do not host groups under 25 years of age at any time. • The golf cart is not included with your stay, please inquire for any specials or discounted rates. • We must be notified of a pet joining your trip before arrival. 2 dog maximum permitted, and $200 pet fee must be paid prior to check in. Pets permitted only if house trained. You are expected to clean up after your pet, or an additional $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to pet fee, ADA Registered Service Animals are the only animals exempt from this at any time. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state so we appreciate honesty in this matter. • House parties and excessive noise/disturbances after 10pm are not permitted at any time. • Absolutely no street parking at any time, we have a 4 vehicle MAX in the driveway only. • We must be notified of ANY issues immediately during your stay and given the opportunity to resolve said issues right away. This is in regard to anything, whether small (Ex: a lightbulb out) or major (Ex: the hot water not working). We can not remedy a situation for a positive experience and a top notch property if we’re notified after your stay, and have limited time/resources after your checkout before the next guests arrive. • We do reserve the right to access the home due to emergency, law enforcement, or urgent maintenance issues or any violation of house rules/parties/events held.
