Our guests will have full private access to the entire house and property which was recently converted to a year-round vacation rental EXCLUSIVELY with several recent upgrades made to it. The house has undergone a floor to ceiling ‘coastal-inspired’ makeover to reflect our love for the beach and all things related. Our guests will enjoy the comfort of brand new top of the line mattresses and professionally sanitized bed and bath linens with tons of extras provided. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been remodeled with custom marble tile and countertops. As an added bonus, the en suite master bathroom has dual shower heads. We also have a newly installed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials (microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, etc.) and some handy extras for ease of cooking at home. We also have a large propane grill located in the back yard for your grilling pleasure (for an additional $20 deposit). We provide wide-range WiFi with high-speed internet service, as well as Smart (Sling) TV’s In both the main living area and master bedroom with another Roku equipped TV and DVD player in the 3rd bedroom with two twin beds. Additionally we have a secluded home office complete with laptop, dual monitors and an all-in-one printer/copier/scanner with guest access. The large screened-in enclosure in the back boasts a large covered dining area/patio and fresh water pool that is professionally maintained on a weekly basis. The pool is not heated however, because if its sun exposure for the majority of the day, it maintains comfortable temperatures year- round. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards/snorkel gear (upon request) to take with you to the beach on days you prefer to venture out. The house has a brand new central a/c unit, hot water heater and high capacity washer and dryer. We provide all the essentials including: paper goods, bed and bath linens, pillows, blankets, hand soap, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, cleaning supplies/tools, cooking & eating utensils/appliances and pantry essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, etc.). We only ask that our guests replace whatever they use up so that our next guests may enjoy the same amenities. If you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to ask and I will do my best to provide it for you:) We have several grocery stores located within a mile or two of the house. We gladly provide an endless supply of coffee and accoutrements for our guests:) The driveway can accommodate up to 4 regular-sized sedan-style/economy cars, or 2 SUV’s/Mini-vans. Unfortunately, due to the success of our listing and it’s consequent frequent turnover, we are unable to accept early check-in and late check-out requests. If your travel arrangements dictate that you expect to arrive significantly before our check-in time of 4:00pm and/or leave significantly later than our check-out time of 11:00am, and you wish to have access to the property beyond those parameters, we ask that you include the immediate night prior to your planned check-in and/or the night of the day you are due to check out in your booking request to secure an extended stay. We are however, happy to store your luggage for you from 11:00am-4:00pm on the day you check in and from 11:00am-4:00pm the day you check out. I will gladly provide you with some recommendations for things to do/places to see during those windows to keep you occupied.
