Sweet little beach house in the local's favorite neighborhood of North PB! Two bedroom house with AC, its own yard, parking, hot tub, and private outdoor area! A perfect getaway for small families, friends, couples, or anyone looking for a unique stay in San Diego. The space This 700 sq ft beach house has been updated with a new kitchen and bathroom, but still has its original old school beach cottage wood floor and feel. The home is on a shared property, like most everything in PB, but is fully fenced and private from the other house on the lot. Each bedroom has a new 12" memory foam mattress on a modern platform bed with individually controlled AC units for the hot summer days. The backyard is fully fenced and has its own Jacuzzi hot tub, turf, and shaded table. The garage even has a full size washer and dryer to use while you're here. The space Richard PB Retreat features approximately 722 sqft of interior space, which includes two bedrooms of 120 sqft each and a laundry room. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the living room contains a full-size sofa bed. Additionally, there are two pack-n-play units and a baby high chair available for infants. The private patio is fully fenced, providing ample space for children to play. Savor a cup of coffee in the morning sun, and unwind with a glass of wine in the evening breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and the charcoal barbecue grill allows for delicious meal preparation. Gathering around the fire pit to share jokes and roast marshmallows creates the ideal setting for s'mores. The laughter of friends and family make it all the more enjoyable. We offer a cooler, beach towels, a mat, umbrellas, chairs, a shade tent, boogie boards, foam floating boards, snorkeling gear with fins, beach sandals, a volleyball, and a Frisbee. For children, we provide hooded beach towels, a beach toy set, swim vests and suits, as well as swimming rings and balls. These items ensure fun for both adults and kids, keeping everyone entertained for hours at the two nearby beaches: Boardwalk main pacific beach and Fiesta Bay small beach. Additionally, we have two bikes, along with helmets and bike locks, for your cycling adventures. You can explore the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and local parks while riding along three popular biking trails: Mission Bay, the boardwalk, and the Fiesta Island biking trail. For your convenience, early check-in begins at 2 PM. There is a designated free parking space available, along with ample free street parking. Furthermore, free private laundry facilities are provided. Only the living room is equipped with a mini-split air conditioning unit (for both cooling and heating), while each bedroom has a strong, high-speed ceiling fan. Space heaters, box fans, an iron, steamer, luggage racks, bathrobes, and board games for both adults and children are also available for your use.
