My spacious home spreads out over three levels on 1/3 acre in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is about one mile from most downtown restaurants, bars, breweries, and entertainment venues. Having easy access to the freeway and downtown it's a perfect location from which to explore the city, or to relax and have fun in the home with its many included amenities. Don’t forget your swimsuits so you can enjoy the new salt water hot tub with moto massage seats. The space Welcome to my Home and Your Milwaukee Home: This is my primary home, so it is fully equipped with all necessities. I have a fully stocked kitchen for you to use. I always provide coffee, tea, and hot chocolate as well. Sleeping Arrangements: My home has 6 bedrooms with 7 beds including 2 King, 3 Queen, and 2 Twin XL. In two different semi-private common spaces there are 1 queen bed, 2 single-sized convertible floor mattresses, a daybed and two couches. Let me know in advanced if you need extra bedding for couches, daybed or floor mattresses. Bathrooms: There are 3 full bathrooms (one on each level) and one additional half bathroom on the main level. Dining Areas: The large dining area, open and one step to the kitchen, includes a table that comfortably seats 12. There is also counter seating for 7 or more in the kitchen and dining rooms. Areas to Spend Time Together: There are three common living areas. The main floor living room has a television, couch and additional seating. The finished lower level rec room includes television, billiard table, dartboard, air hockey, foosball table and a large assortment of board games and puzzles. There is a loft space (adjacent to the upper level bedroom) overlooking the main living room which has some exercise equipment (stationary bike, rowing machine, free weights, and yoga mats), and a full bed. My back patio provides additional gathering/seating space with a fenced-in, shaded deck, and a new 6 person salt water hot tub with two moto massage chairs. A gas grill is available for your use along with any needed utensils. The fenced-in patio area opens up to a large backyard with seasonal hammocks, room for outdoor games (seasonally I provide bags/cornhole, and bocce). Great for family and friend get-togethers! Guest access Guests have full private access to all spaces in the description both inside and outside the home. For entry to the home there is a front door lock and security system with a personalized security code that will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Additionally, there are three security cameras monitoring the front of the home and driveway that are tied to the security system. You may park six vehicles in the large new concrete driveway. If you have large or heavy vehicles you must contact me in advance to make special arrangements. To minimize our impact on neighbors, street parking is not permitted at any time. Check-in is after 3pm on your arrival date and check-out is before 11am on your departure date. Early check-ins and late check-outs: Guests may request to extend the house rental times, when available, at a partial-day negotiated amount. These fees are paid in advance through Airbnb. As my cleaning crew is scheduled in advance, unscheduled late check-outs are charged $200 per hour or portion of an hour. There are exterior surveillance cameras located around the property. They record picture and video and are on 24/7. We have one outside security camera next to the front door and side doors as well as one facing the rear patio area. While we want to ensure you have a wonderful experience, we have better things to do than spend our time spying on our guests - the cameras are more for safety reasons. Early check-in/check-out will be accommodated as reservations allow. Please check with host prior to arrival to discuss this possibility. Must sign rental agreement upon booking. In the attic you will find the 5th bedroom and a loft with skylights, bar, and hanging ethanol fireplace. High styling meets modern amenities with Memory-Foam mattresses, toilets with heated seats and bidets, Reverse Osmosis drinking water system, Nespresso coffee maker. Laundry is in-unit on the first floor featuring two sets of brand new commercial quality washers and driers. We do allow pets for a $50 pet fee.
