The space Gorgeously appointed home with well stocked kitchen. One bedroom on main floor with a king bed and a full bathroom on the main level with an exterior door for easy access from the pool. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs, two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen and twin beds. The primary suite is extra large with a king bed, chair, dresser, electric fireplace, smart tv, double sinks, soaking tub, step in shower, walk-in closet and private water closet. All bedrooms have smart TV's & dressers. There are two tubs in the house, one in the primary suite and one in the upstairs bathroom (tub/shower combo). There is a laundry room with washer & dryer for guest use. Guests also have use of the 2 car attached garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a dual single serve Keurig or large pot drip, crockpot, basic spices and oils & kids dishes and utensils. All other areas of the house and back yard are available to guests. Other things to note - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features one exterior security camera located at the front door. It is a Ring doorbell camera. The camera does not look into any interior spaces when the front doors are closed. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device. -NOTE: This property includes a Minut noise aware system to monitor decibel levels of sound produced at the residence to ensure noise limits are respected and no unauthorized parties are held. One is located inside the house near the kitchen/dining area on the first floor, and the other is located inside the outdoor gazebo in the backyard. The system only alerts me if sound exceeds a certain decibel level, a cigarette event is detected, and/or a crowd event is detected.
