Primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and third bedroom has a full-over-queen custom bunk bed and an additional single over single bunk bed. We have a TREX boardwalk all the way to the beach. The space This house sits on a 100 foot lot right on the Gulf of Mexico and has great parking. The street is very quiet and the beaches are rarely crowded. We also own the house next door. If you want to travel with friends of family, but still want your own space, the house have decking that allow you to get to the other house without going down stairs but the houses are not attached. Each house has its own deck in front of the house and there is a retractable fence to keep dogs and kids in. Guest access We will send you an invitation to access the house with August locks. We also have emergency keys in a lockbox near the front door. Other things to note We have lots of cool outdoor games and our gear shed has everything you need from beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, coolers, bikes and beach games. Majestic bay views, conveniently located close to the World Famous Indian Pass Raw Bar and Indian Pass boat ramp. "Fish on!" is located outside of the hustle and bustle but only 10-15 minutes from the quaint towns of Port St Joe and Apalachicola. Featuring a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 king beds and one is queen and 2 pole barns to park your toys during your stay. The space 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, both baths have showers and no tubs. The main bath has a toilet and urinal. 2 bedrooms have king beds the 3rd has a queen. All mattresses are memory foam. The back bedroom is a hybrid mattress. There is a grill located on the porch to use during your stay. Our kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. There are a variety of pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, a variety of glasses, sheet pans, baking dishes, a crockpot, range/oven, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, and pantry space. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around. You won’t be disappointed by the area’s many options, all without the crowds or traffic!  Parking: Includes parking for 2 vehicles.   Pet policy: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $125, plus tax, will be added to your reservation after you book.  Golf cart: N/A  Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen.
