The SkyLoft Combo is the perfect home base for exploring the Smoky Mountains while enjoying all the convenience of staying right in town. Guest access You will have full access to the SkyLoft property, no shared amenities with anyone outside your group. Other things to note To ensure you have a comfortable experience, we provide a starter supply of the following items: Trash Bags Laundry Detergent Dishwasher Pods Paper Towels Toilet Paper Toiletries Coffee Firewood Propane for the gas grill (we do not provide charcoal) Please note that these supplies are intended to get you started and may not be sufficient for your entire stay. You may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay and your usage needs. We suggest you visit the grocery store before arriving at your cabin. Bryson City’s main grocery store, Ingles, closes at 10pm most of the year but may close earlier in the Winter months. Pet Policy We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. This cabin is pet friendly with a $100 non-refundable fee for up to 2 pets. Dogs only! We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $100. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $200. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay. Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin’s roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather. We also strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle with higher ground clearance to navigate the terrain more easily. Low clearance vehicles will not be able to access certain cabin roads including The Watershed Resort. Please Note: NO REFUNDS will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions. We advise checking weather and road conditions prior to your trip to ensure a safe and pleasant journey. Your safety is our priority. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Water Conservation Policy To ensure the sustainability of our beautiful mountain environment, we kindly ask all guests to use water mindfully during their stay. Please limit shower times, turn off the tap while brushing your teeth, and report any leaks immediately. We also encourage the reuse of towels and linens to reduce water consumption. These small actions help preserve our natural resources and keep the mountains pristine for future visitors. Run the washer sparingly. Only run the dishwasher when it's full. DO NOT wash your car. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to your visit! Attention: Active Wildlife in the Area Our area of WNC is currently experiencing increased wildlife activity, particularly from bears. While it’s a privilege to share our environment with these magnificent creatures, it’s essential that we all take precautions to ensure our safety and theirs. Please follow these guidelines: Secure all food and garbage: Bears are attracted to strong smells. Do not leave food in your car and reattach bungee cords to trash can lids every time. Be aware of your surroundings: Stay alert, especially during dawn and dusk when wildlife is most active. Avoid close encounters: If you see a bear or other wildlife, maintain a safe distance and do not approach. Travel in groups: When possible, hike or explore with others, and make noise to alert animals of your presence. Keep dogs leashed at all times. SkyLoft Combo | Sleeps 12 in Downtown Bryson City

Perfect Deep Creek Location approx a mile from Bryson City, Train Depot, National Park, & Tubing. House is divided into 2 separate large apartments and sleeps 12 comfortably. Each Apt sleeps 6 people. The entrance to both Apartments is off the front porch, which makes the place perfect for 2 families traveling together. Each Apt has 2 BR, 2 Baths, & a Full Kitchen. Up to 6 private parking spaces including two covered spaces. One of the Apts has a private back deck and Washer/Dryer. The space The apartments are not connected on the inside and are private from one another. However, using the front porch where the entrances to both Apts are, guests can easily go from 1 place to the other. The furniture in the apartments is all custom made...by me. Apt #1 has 2 King Beds and a Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle Bed underneath. Apt #2 has 1 King Bed, 1 Full Bed, and a twin Daybed with a Twin Trundle Bed underneath. Apt #1 has a large bathroom with 2 vanities, a walk-in shower, and a tub/shower combo, and toilet. There is another half bath in the apartment as well. Essentially, the place has 2 full Bathrooms. Apt#2 has 2 full Bathrooms. One bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub which has been converted to a shower and the other Bathroom has a shower tub combo. There is a washer and dryer in Apt#2. Both Apartments have full kitchens with basic cooking utensils and plenty of silverware, plates, and cups. Each apartment has a twin daybed in the living room area which also has a twin trundle bed underneath it. A total of 6 private parking spaces, of which 2 are underneath a metal carport. NO HOSTING OF EVENTS OR PARTIES IS ALLOWED Guest access Guests have full access to the front & back yard, front porch, and the back deck on Apt#2. Guests do not have access to the garage. It is my families storage unit at moment.

A top 10 small town in the South that has been featured in several movies and is a quintessential mountain basecamp town. Downtown is a 5-minute drive minute drive from the Retreat and makes a great afternoon of visiting the shops and local breweries • Our favorite hangout is Bryson City Outdoors where tourists and experienced hikers gather to buy new gear and share their experiences of the day. • Our favorite restaurant is Bryson City Brewery. It has a great farm to table menu, excellent beer selection, live entertainment, and a huge yard for kids to play and be free. • Our favorite Summer hike is Deep Creek Waterfall Loop Trail. 5-minute drive. 2 mile hike with 3 epic waterfalls! If you have little ones or dont want to struggle, skip Juney Whank and all ages can do the hike to see Tom Branch Falls and Indian Creek in an out and back walk along the famous Deep Creek (stay for tubing too)! • Our favorite Winter hike is Nolands Creek Trail through the “Road to Nowhere” National Park entrance by the Retreat. The hike is beautiful down to Fontana Lake crossing several bridges and the water drop in the lake in the winter extends the hike into a lakebed valley that is beautiful with big cascades. We have many more local recommendations for eateries and activities. Message us to get a link to our guidebook for the area. House Rules 1) Pets- 1 dog allowed after approval with pet fee. Only crate trained dogs allowed. 2) No Smoking is Allowed. 3) Check-in is from 4-7pm unless other arrangements have been made. Early check-in/Late checkout is available for a fee. 4) Checkout is at 10 AM (unless you have arranged for a late checkout of 1pm) 5) No parties or events unless booked separately with us Pricing Nightly rates vary based on specific dates. Weekends are priced higher. Single Night Stays One & Two-night stays are only allowed with last minute availability upon inquiry. Otherwise, a Three-night minimum is required. This cabin is pet friendly with a $100 non-refundable fee for up to 2 pets. Dogs only! We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $100. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $200. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay. Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin’s roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather. We also strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle with higher ground clearance to navigate the terrain more easily. Low clearance vehicles will not be able to access certain cabin roads including The Watershed Resort. Please Note: NO REFUNDS will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions. Water Conservation Policy To ensure the sustainability of our beautiful mountain environment, we kindly ask all guests to use water mindfully during their stay. Valley View Cabin is a newly constructed beautiful pine log cabin. The cabin is a four bedroom three bath unit, sleeps nine, complete with a basement activity room and professional foosball table. The cabin provides scenic views of the surrounding Smoky Mountains. The outdoor porch is a perfect place to relax. Our Starlink satellite hi-speed internet Wi-Fi and Dish TV keep you connected to the outside world. Enjoy the fire ring & park grill in the private backyard, overlooking the valley. The space The large and open family, dining and kitchen area overlooks the valley view with an inviting balcony porch and four rocking chairs. The master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom are designed to accommodate wheelchair access with wider doors and support bars in bath area. Two more bedrooms offer queen size beds and a fourth bedroom has bunkbeds and a twin bed to accommodate sleeping for three. The downstairs basement has a large living area with several couches, large TV and a foosball table for entertainment. The basement opens out to a private backyard with fire pit and outdoor grill with chairs and a picnic table. Guest access The entire cabin will be available to you. This includes a separate basement with foosball table and bathroom as well as a separate basement refrigerator. Other things to note Following the initial Covid-19 crisis, we have taken precautions to do extra cleaning and sanitizing between guests. This requires a 4pm check in time and a 9am check out time to allow the cleaning crew to do a thorough cleaning, including using Microban 24 Sanitization spray, which kills germs and viruses for a full 24 hours. A crowning jewel of Bryson City this 4 bedroom 100 year old home sits on the banks of the Tuckaseegee River just outside of Downtown Bryson City. The stocked delayed harvest river provides the tranquil setting for this exquisitely built and designed house just brimming with southern charm. Lots of great outdoor space, multiple deck areas, the second level deck off the bedrooms is just stunning, hot tub and all the comforts of home inside one could ask for, come check it out for yourself! The space The town of Bryson has been doing some work at the end of the road for almost a year, the majority of that time there has been little activity. Recently there has been more work going on but we have no idea of the schedule unfortunately it's not something the town informs us about. Other things to note We are pet friendly but do have limitations and request info on pets in advance of booking. . Fireplace in living area is gas, the rest are decorative.

Large kitchen island,gas fireplace and a living room area on main level and basement. The space This is a beautiful spacious log cabin. This home was featured on HGTV's show Log Cabin Living! We enjoy the privacy and having a fence for our dogs. We feel far away, yet we're only 2 minutes from town and less than a mile from the entrance to the National Park! The home has plenty of room for families, and with us having 3 young girls we keep it very kid friendly! On rainy or cold days you should find plenty to do :) The basement has 2 bedrooms and a large living area. 1 bedroom has a queen and private bathroom. 2nd has a twin over full over twin bunk bed with shared bathroom. The main level also has a living room and the Master bedroom which has a king bed and space for a provided air mattress. The Master bath has a walk in shower and clawfoot tub. Also on main level is the Kitchen with large island and the guest bath/laundry room. In the loft there is a full bath with twin over full bunk bed, large windows and plenty of games. A nice size deck with hot tub on main level. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home minus one locked closet. Firepit, fenced yard, trampoline(at own risk), slide/playhouse for young kids, outdoor hanging bed, outdoor grill, hot tub. Very private at the end of a flat gravel road. Wi-Fi - password is on fridge, router in laundry room.. Our WiFi is spotty, especially in the summer or when leaves are full, we hope to have better internet options soon. No refunds for wifi issues. I am very sorry, we know it can be frustrating for us all to be unplugged. Bryson City has been called “The Tiny Town in the Middle of Everything” and our farmhouse is right downtown, a short walk to the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, breweries, parks, shops and restaurants. Perfect set up for a family vacation or a trip with friends! EV Charger on premises. Check out our other nearby listings as well! The space The Farmhouse has been fully brought up to date with all modern comforts while keeping all the farmhouse character. The Farmhouse has 4 bedrooms and sleeps eight comfortably. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, dining room and small den. The farmhouse has multiple living areas for reading, resting and personal space. A large screen TV is located in the living room. We’ve stocked the farmhouse with books and board games as well. We’ve tried to think of every detail that will make your stay perfect. In the warmer months our succulent wall and National Park-inspired charcoal grill make for great entertaining. In November and December the house is fully decked out for Christmas and the Polar Express. Every aspect of the farmhouse has a story behind it and the house itself is steeped in railroad history. Reclaimed materials and eco-friendly products have been used throughout. All of the farmhouse interior doors are either original or salvaged from the old Whittier Hotel, a nearby railroad whistlestop. The original 1940s ticket cabinet and telegraph from the Bryson City railroad depot are displayed in the house. All artifacts found on the property during excavation have been saved and displayed. We love the history of this home and its unique location so close to town. In the winter there are no treacherous inclines to tackle and the area is well lit and safe. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away. We know you'll feel right at home. If you need something extra let us know! Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay. Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin’s roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather. We also strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle with higher ground clearance to navigate the terrain more easily. Low clearance vehicles will not be able to access certain cabin roads including The Watershed Resort. Please Note: NO REFUNDS will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions. It has a great farm to table menu, excellent beer selection, live entertainment, and a huge yard for kids to play and be free. • Our favorite Summer hike is Deep Creek Waterfall Loop Trail. 5-minute drive. 2 mile hike with 3 epic waterfalls! If you have little ones or dont want to struggle, skip Juney Whank and all ages can do the hike to see Tom Branch Falls and Indian Creek in an out and back walk along the famous Deep Creek (stay for tubing too)! • Our favorite Winter hike is Nolands Creek Trail through the “Road to Nowhere” National Park entrance by the Retreat. The hike is beautiful down to Fontana Lake crossing several bridges and the water drop in the lake in the winter extends the hike into a lakebed valley that is beautiful with big cascades. When it comes to indoor entertainment, the home boasts a game room on the lower level, which features air hockey, arcades, a Roku TV, foosball table, a wall-mounted ring toss game, wall-mounted Tic-Tac-Toe, and a variety of board and card games. You will also find a Ladder Ball set, a cornhole game set, giant Jenga and Connect 4 games. From here, you will also have access to another wrap-around deck with a bubbly hot tub area decorated with string lights and the most fabulous mountain views. Take a break in the hammock on this balcony overlooking the mountain or enjoying the forest activity. Other great perks include an outdoor lighted firepit area with seating perfect for roasting marshmallows! A luxurious cabin perfectly located between Bryson City and Cherokee. 5 miles to Harrah’s Cherokee Casino 10 miles to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park 15 miles to Bryson City, home of the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. 20 miles to the Nantahala Outdoor Center 4 bedrooms, 3 Baths – sleeps 10 Amenities: Hot Tub, Fire pit, Grill, WiFi, Smart TVs, Outdoor decks & seating areas, Recreation Room The space The Appalachian Dream is a 2400 square foot cabin within a quiet subdivision, Ocona Lake Estates, and is conveniently located between Bryson City and Cherokee with 4 bedrooms on three levels with lots of space and privacy. The cabin is only a short drive from Maggie Valley, Dillsboro, Smoky Mountain National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway, Nantahala, Tsali, Fontana Lake, and Franklin. Asheville can be reached within an hours’ drive. This 3-level cabin has a full-size bathroom on each level. This cabin has two living areas plus a loft, and sleeps up to 10 people in 1 king, 2 Queens, and several bunk beds. TV’s are provided in all bedrooms as well the two living areas. The large master suite is located on the upper level and includes a king size log bed with log furniture. There is a ceiling fan, outdoor deck, and a large bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi tub. The adjoining loft area has good lighting, a ceiling fan, a reading area, and overlooks the main living area below. The second floor includes a full bath, queen bedroom, main living area, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has a gas fireplace. The bedroom includes a ceiling fan and features log furniture and antique armoire. The main level includes a covered wrap around-porch on 3 sides of the house. Ample seating is provided on all the decks. The lower level includes a queen bedroom, the bunk room, a living area with foosball table, games, puzzles, books, TV and sound system, seating and full bathroom. Outside this level is the 6-person hot tub, outdoor deck, and firepit. Access is relatively simple and does not require 4-wheel drive. There are two parking areas. Elk are frequently seen within a mile or two of the house. Ocona Lake Estates is located along the Oconaluftee River and the river can be easily accessed at the community's picnic facility. This river is noted for its large trout but does require a special license to fish. We are also only minutes away from the Tuckaseegee River which offer excellent fishing and white-water rafting. This property includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a loft on the top floor with stunning views. The home can comfortably accommodate 15 guests. The main floor includes the kitchen and living area with a cozy fireplace that leads onto the large deck with beautiful views. There are also two bedrooms (Queens) on the main floor. On the upper floor is a Master bedroom (King) along with a daybed and trundle with a private balcony. On that floor is also a ladder leading to the loft (Queen) that overlooks the main living area and has a beautiful view of the mountains outside. Below the main floor is the basement that has a second living room with a comfortable seating area to watch movies or play some games (including foosball!) that are provided. There is a bedroom downstairs as well (king) and a bunk bed with trundle for the kids! Guest access The entire home is available for our guests aside from a maintenance closet that stays locked. The parking area fits 4 cars comfortably. Other things to note Your furry friends are welcome to come with you! BUT please add them to your reservation as there is a pet fee. Thank you! Multiple decks with gorgeous views of the golf course and Clingmans Dome. Full access to Smoky Mountain Country Club amenities (greens fees additional) The space The space is designed to feel like a home away from home. We've used our experiences as AirBnb guests to guide us. All beds have Zinus mattresses , Coop pillows, and Boll and Branch bedding. The kitchen is outfitted to create just about any meal you can think of cooking. Microwave, Air Fryer, InstPot, Electric Griddle, Rice Maker, Crock Pot, Food Processor, Nutri Bullet, Crepe Maker, KitchenAid Stand Mixer and hand mixer, All Clad pots and pans. Basic staples, coffee, tea, and condiments are provided. A full set of Crate and Barrel dishes is available, as well as a set of fun, sectioned plates, small bowls, cups, and utensils for kids. We've stocked the bookshelves with books and games, and even have coloring books and crayons for the kids. The decks are outfitted with plenty of seating, including tables on each level. Play a round of corn hole or giant connect four on the second deck. The bedrooms have large closets with hangers and we've included luggage valets. In addition, each bedroom has a sliding glass door with access to the deck. Each slider has a screen door, so you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. All of your baby needs are met with a pack-n-play, high chair, two baby monitors, baby bath, baby towels, baby gates, and a pool float for infants. We have a small selection of pool toys and beach towels available for guest use. The entire house is available for guests with the exception of the garage and housekeeping closets. Bryson City’s main grocery store, Ingles, closes at 10pm most of the year but may close earlier in the Winter months. Pet Policy We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. This property is pet friendly with a $100 fee for up to 2 pets (Dogs only!) We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $100. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $200. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay. Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin’s roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather. We also strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle with higher ground clearance to navigate the terrain more easily. Low clearance vehicles will not be able to access certain cabin roads including The Watershed Resort. Please Note: NO REFUNDS will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions. We advise checking weather and road conditions prior to your trip to ensure a safe and pleasant journey. Your safety is our priority. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Water Conservation Policy To ensure the sustainability of our beautiful mountain environment, we kindly ask all guests to use water mindfully during their stay. Many vacationers staying at this cabin prefer to not travel too far up a mountain while still getting fantastic views. While staying as a guest, you can also take a short drive and visit the Oconaluftee River Community riverbank and picnic pavilion just a short drive (5-6 min) away on the same mountain. This is a Fully furnished 3-Level Cabin equipped for a maximum of 10 guests. The middle level includes the kitchen area, living area, master suite, master bath with jacuzzi. There is also a huge wraparound deck which includes plenty of seating and space for outdoor enjoyment. The lower level includes a 2nd master bedroom, mini bar, full bath, living area, flat screen tv and pool table. Children and adults can have fun and enjoy a game of pool. Hot tub (4-person) is just outside lower level. The upper level has two bedrooms (2 twin beds, and 1 queen bed) with a full bath and loft. The loft includes a trundle bed which can sleep 2 comfortably. We have high speed internet in the cabin and smart TVs with ability to use personal streaming services. Guest access > Gravel road access. The road up to the cabin is steep but not particularly intimidating. We have no issues unless there is a large snowfall. Plenty of parking allowing for up to 5 vehicles. > Travelers will have full access to all 3 levels. An access code to enter the cabin will be given to the guest within 5 days prior to arrival. > If bringing motorcycles, experienced riders only. No trailers over 18 feet long. The driveway entrance is tight and there is a sharpe right turn to the long driveway. We do not refund. > Check-in is 3:00 pm and Check-out is 11:00 am. The space At Smoky Mountain Country Club, enjoy our spectacular 18-hole mountain golf course (fee-based, open to the public), and the community’s recreational facilities, available at no additional cost, including a swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool spa, lighted tennis courts/pickleball courts, fitness room and men’s & women’s locker rooms with saunas.
