(Contact host for more details) The space The beach house has 3 stories and includes 4 private bedrooms and 3 full baths. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a king bed and a full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a table & chairs for eight, plus 4 additional barstools at the kitchen peninsula. The main room has a large sectional and chair for all your guests to relax and visit or you may want to enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch. The house also includes a full-size washer/dryer. The second floor has the other 3 bedrooms - the master has a king size bed, a desk with 2 monitors and an ensuite bathroom. Park your car and use the golf cart for the remainder of your stay. Walk, ride or pedal to the beach, restaurants and shopping. This luxury home has multiple family rooms for both kids and adults to gather and 4 nice bedrooms for privacy and relaxation. The 6 seat golf cart and 4 bikes are onsite for use as well. There are several quaint patio areas and covered parking. 1 minute ride in the golf cart to the beach. NON SMOKING property. Bring on the beach!! The space This lovely "smoke free" home is located in the highly desirable 30A corridor. The home has an open concept on the first floor with kitchen, living, dining area, and a master suite on the first floor, spacious enough for large groups or two families. The second floor features another master suite, two guest rooms (one queen guest room and a bunk room that sleeps 6) as well as an additional living area that nicely accommodates gaming. Hi speed / 500 MB internet and smart TVs throughout. There is a 6 Seat Golf Cart and 4 bicycles available on site for use as well. There is a lovely paved patio area on the backside of the home, charcoal grill and a two-car carport with additional parking onsite. This is a prime location, there is a beach access just 0.3 of a mile from the home as well as a walking trail 0.1 of a mile to the north. You're also close to Gulf Place, Seaside, state parks and all the amazing restaurants along 30A. A wonderful paradise! Please do not book this property if members in your group smoke. There is no smoking on the premises in order to preserve the property and safety of our future guests. If you, or your guests, are found to be smoking in the home or on the property you risk being assessed the $1500 cigarette smoke remediation fee and being evicted by the local management company.
