We do ask that you respect our limit of 6 unless agreed upon beforehand. We will look at security camera footage if more guests are suspected and charge accordingly. The space One king bedroom on the main floor, 4 twin beds upstairs in dormer, couch and fold-down armchair in the living room, travel crib in upstairs closet. One bathroom with tub and shower. Arcade room with 3 arcade game machines, hundreds of games available, plus board games and puzzles. Reading nook upstairs with children and adult books, cushions and stuffed animals. Full kitchen with full-sized fridge, electric stove and oven, dishwasher and microwave. Smart TV in the living room, 2 smart TVs upstairs ready with streaming apps. Fitness equipment including treadmill, handweights (10, 5, 2), and yoga mat are stored in the game room closet for quick access. Across the street from convenience store, laundromat, fast food, nail salon, etc. The house is old and the stairs are more steep than modern builds; we don't recommend the second floor for those with any mobility or balance issues. Guest access Enter through the back door with a keypad; code will be sent the morning of check in. Parking is only in the alley behind the garage because it's located on the highway. Other things to note Please be courteous with noise levels from 11pm to 7am. All smoking must be done outdoors; evidence of indoor smoking will lead to a fee of $100. Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds. The space If you choose to leave your front porch, there is plenty of room to wander on our 10 acres. There is an orchard, mulberries, raspberries, a garden and a fire pit. Plenty of green space for yard games you may want to bring. Approximately 7 acres of trees and shrubs surround the bin and host a variety of wildlife and song birds. Sorry, no children under the age of 12. Guest access Check in is at 3:00pm. Early checking-in is available after 2:00 pm. There will be a $20.00 fee due for early check-in at the time of arrival.
