Built in 1927, this charming home has just enough room to be comfortable for sleeping and lounging. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, gas/coal grill on back porch for cook out or plenty of restaurants within a mile or two. The backyard has a garden and fenced in area for dogs to play. Beaver lake is a few minutes walk from house with a 2 mile trail around it. Some of the best road cycling in the world is available from the front door. Mt. biking is 15-45 minutes drive. Yoga studio next door The space This is a very cozy place to relax before and after your adventures in Asheville. The front porch sits near the end of a dead street and the is a great place for morning coffee. The backyard, which has a peaceful atmosphere, is mostly private with a fire pit, table and chairs. Hard wood floors make this a pet friendly space and super clean. Well lit during the day from natural sunlight, dark and quiet at night. Construction is complete for a new lofted roof and ceiling in the orange bedroom and and private bathroom. Guest access The whole house and property. Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home near French Broad River, 4 miles from downtown AVL. Home is located in a peaceful, serene neighborhood. Many have told me it feels like a treehouse on the side deck, surrounded by lush trees & happy birds singing to you. We are close to: River Arts District Silver Line Park Downtown Asheville Beaver Lake Botanical Gardens UNCA Aboretum Biltmore Estate Blue ridge pkwy Woodfin Riverside Park The space This beautiful home is set back in a peaceful neighborhood off Riverside Drive, about 5 mins to downtown. The downstairs includes living room area, 1 bathroom, dining room and kitchen and beautiful side deck with french doors off the dining area. The house is filled with plants and radiant light. French doors off dining area lead to private deck with patio seating and fire pit (my favorite "room" in the house. Fully fenced small yard on side of house for dogs. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and master bathroom with two sinks and tub/shower. Decor is funky vintage and modern mix. There is a separate downstairs apartment with a private entrance in back of house that is sometimes occupied. You do NOT share any space. If you would like to rent the apartment downstairs that is always an option as well. Guest access You have the upper 2 stories of the house. No shared space. The suite downstairs has a private entrance in back of house. Other things to note Early check in 1-3pm is at times available upon request for a $25/hr fee. Same for late check out $25 per hour upon approval. Please let us know if needed. There is a small fenced yard that is secure for dogs adjacent to the side deck. We strive to only use earth-friendly, organic cleaning and hygiene products that are good for human bodies and our precious planet. Absolutely no cats allowed. Dogs upon pre-approval and paid pet fee only. There is a separate suite downstairs with a long term tenant. She has a private entrance you may see her walking around down the back of house to her entrance. Please be respectful of quiet hours 10pm-8am.

You’ll enter the living room with holds a sectional sofa, 2 club chairs, an Eames swivel chair and ottomans. Plenty of seating, for game night, or you can just curl up with a book and watch the fireplace. There is a 55” smart TV above the fireplace with a great soundbar as well. The entry table will have brochures for activities, breweries etc. Next to that is a guestbook for you to sign in, and comment if you wish. The floor plan is open so you will have plenty of natural light entering this space. Dining room sits 6. You can enjoy the view to the yard and or the mid century art and furnishings. The kitchen is complete. Concrete counters, plenty of counter space an 3 stools. Fully stock, a Keurig, pods, sweeteners and creamer to get you rolling in the am. This home has many decorative details and lighting on dimmers so you can create any mood. There is a long hill with provides privacy for each of the 3 bedrooms and hall bath. There is a full service laundry closet with detergent and dryer clothes. In this closet there will be an iron and Orono g board, bean bags for the corn hole game and spa towels. We like to call it a loft. The bedroom also has a built-in desk and 27" Dell Monitor with roku stick. The main dining area comes with a counter height dining table for 4 to 6 people, which can double as a casual coffee shop style work space, and a dinette table for two with views of the rear backyard, perfect for your morning coffee. The main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll ever need to prep your favorite meals. From crock pot, to griddle and everything in between, we have you covered. Lower level which is sepreat from the main home has its own private entrance, spacious bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom with rain shower, café style kitchen and lounging area with smart TV. Utility room has a front-load Washer and Dryer, and a reasonably sized storage area with shelves for gear. The room has its own smart lock and can be used to store 3 to 4 bikes. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house, yard, plus separately accessible in-law suite. Other things to note The loft bed sits 7 feet off the ground and is not intended for young children. This is a home plus an In-law suite. The in-law suite is independent from the main home with its own private entrance. In-law suite ceiling height is about the height of a standard door. The suite has a steep step between the Bedroom/Living area, and Kitchen/Dining/Bathroom area Keep in mind we occasionally close Utility/Laundry room during prolonged freezing weather. I-26 is nearby and commercial/industrial facilities line parts of the French Broad River. Some noise should be expected at certain times of the day when spending time outside. Keep in mind, once fall/winter arrives most trees on the property will begin to lose their leaves and most of the commercial/industrial facilities lining the French Broad as well as parts of the French Broad River will be partially visible.

Conveniently located in North Asheville, this home is only ten minutes from Downtown and is nestled in a wooded neighborhood on the French Broad River. Its great location makes for a quick trip to many breweries, restaurants and UNCA. Though the cheery, light-filled, open concept layout might beckon you to just sit back and relax. We welcome all to stay with us and soak in the beauty of this area! The space This home sleeps 6 and includes a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor gas grill, dining area, large living space with TV, and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom while the two other bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. Downstairs there is a half bath near the dining/living area as well as a washer and dryer. All you need is here! Make a cup of coffee and gather on the front porch to soak in some mountain air! We will provide a breakfast of various oatmeal flavors. Also included are local coffee, tea, honey, and sugar so you can wake up energized! Guest access All areas of this home are designed for guest use including outdoor space, patio, kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Other things to note There are two side-by-side parking spots as well as plenty of space to park along the house side of the driveway (space for about 4 cars total). The driveway is shared and needs to remain clear for the large gate to the neighbor's backyard to be accessible. *Please note: All bedrooms are located up a flight of wood stairs (with a hand rail). Back and front doors both require guests to go up a few steps as well.

Welcome! This beautiful home was built in 2018 and looks over the six acres that our little house sits on. It's about a fifteen minute drive to downtown and West Asheville and is surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains. The porch overlooks sunflowers in the summer with fireflies at night, deer throughout the year, and views of our ever-evolving gardens. We have goats, chickens, and a big garden area on the property that you are welcome to visit. The space The house was built in 2018. It has three bedrooms and two full baths on a single floor. The home has an open floor plan and is 1,550 square feet. There are two queen beds and a double bed with a pull-out twin trundle underneath. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and yard as well as our farm. Our farm is located behind the Airbnb and is comprised of lush pastures with mowed paths to guide you around the property. We maintain garden beds that you're welcome to explore including a gourd tunnel in the summer. We have chickens, honey bees, and four sweet goats! We do ask that guests not enter the woods at the rear of our property as this is our neighbor's land. You are welcome to walk the path which borders these woods. Other things to note You are welcome to visit our animals and garden, but it is important to note that these areas are surrounded by electric fences that can shock you. We can easily show you how to turn these off so that you can enter and play with the goats. The gate into the garden is accessible with the fence still on.

Relax on our oversize deck to look out over a private cove, only eight miles from downtown. We're five minutes from groceries, and zero minutes from beauty, peace and quiet. Inside there's a living room with a tv, piano and games. The family room, with a limited use fireplace, is adjacent to the kitchen and 2 additional bedrooms that offer distinct privacy. Granite kitchen counters offer seating for three, while the main dining area can accommodate at least 8. The peaceful, outdoor environment is a welcome respite from a busy life.
