With no dock, if you should rent any watercraft or boats, there is a boat launch nearby and boats can be anchored off shore. Newly Remodeled Bayview Cabin 6!

I have a two bedroom, one bath home with a fully enclosed backyard in a quiet neighborhood. The house works best for four or fewer guests but has extra sleeping spaces available. I am one block from the TART trail, one mile east of Traverse City State Park public beach access, four miles from VASA trailhead and five miles east of downtown TC. Happy to host your trip to Northern Michigan! License # 014420 The space The location of my home allows you to explore Traverse City easily, yet feel removed from the crowds when you return from your adventures for the day to relax with your dog worry-free in the fenced in backyard. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Please make your reservation for the accurate number of guests. I do not charge a cleaning fee, but there is an additional guest fee in order to cover additional cost of cleaning/laundry after larger groups. There is an extra queen bed as well as a futon in the basement if extra sleeping space is needed; however, the basement is intended for overflow sleeping area only. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the basement. Other things to note I have window AC units installed in both bedrooms during the summer season. Also, there is no direct access to the backyard from inside the house so dogs will need to be attended from the house to the backyard gate. The backyard is fully enclosed, but very small dogs may be able to fit under the gate.

The property boasts private pond and creek running thru the property. You will enjoy full run of the house 2BR/1BA and yard. Full time resident USCG member has private entrance to a studio. The space The Ponderosa is more than just a rental house, it's a retreat! Once you cross that bridge, you kind of forget that you are in the middle of town! Enjoy just walking around the pond take a seat and relax! Use the kitchen as if it were your own. The wifi is great, we've installed repeater system that gives consistent reception around the whole property. If you need to dispose of any trash during your stay, please just drop it in the dumpsters on the right just after you cross the bridge. We have an agreement with the owner of the Luxury Apartments to use those dumpsters for our household trash. Guest access During your stay, you are welcome to use the main house, deck, Gazebo and yard. Please feel free to enjoy the property entirely! Even try your hand at fishing. Either in Mitchell Creek or the private pond. The pond is "catch and release", we're trying to grow some big ones for the future! The fish in the pond enjoy the automated self feeder. Please feel free to use the barbecue. Just reach inside to turn off and on the propane tank before and after cooking. Have some meals in the Gazebo, it's a great spot to chill and hang out! Other things to note The house has been separated into two attached living spaces. The interior walls that are shared have been insulated for sound control. The interior separation is a solid door with weather stripping to eliminate sound travel through and has two sided dead bolts just like in a hotel with an adjoining room. My full time tenant is a very quiet guy who works at the local Coast Guard Station. You will likely not even see or hear him. He parks to the left side of the garage in order to give you easy access with the circular driveway. While you are here, you have run of the main house the yard and Gazebo. At the base of the Old Mission Peninsula, less than 2 miles to downtown and a half mile walk to East Bay beach, this two bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a sofa pull out has everything you need to enjoy a glorious vacation or your business trip to Traverse City. This unit has plenty of hanging space and storage for your belongings. A fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer allows you the flexibility to enjoy your time when it is convenient to you. The space Unit 109 is conveniently located on the first floor. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The sofa in the living room is a queen size pull-out bed. One bathroom has a shower stall and one has a bathtub. The unit has a full size washer and dryer in its own space with a barn door. Soap is provided. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The coffee maker is a Keurig. There will be enough pods for each day you stay. Towels and linens are supplied. Along with toiletries. Each condo has one parking space. 109 is in the row closest to the building. Parking is available about a half mile away at the Grand Traverse Civic Center. We do not have a checkout cleaning list. We want you to enjoy yourselves. Guest access The building has a key pad access and the unit has a key pad access. Other things to note This property does not allow pets. Grilling is not allowed on the property. Assign parking. One parking spot per unit. Public parking is allowed at the Grand Traverse Civic Center about a half mile away.

The space This bright condo was built in 2023. The tall 11' ceilings, oversized windows and exposed industrial design give space, warmth, and a modern feel. Your hosts, two tight-knit couples from college days, created this space just for you. We had fun purchasing items locally, antique and new, to give you that memorable feeling while you’re vacationing. Sleep in comfort with blackout shades, fans, restful beds and linens. The living space includes a 58" smart TV. The master bedroom includes a king mattress, 58" smart TV, and walk-in shower inside the en suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen mattress, luggage rack, and clothes wardrobe. The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, spices, paper towels, trash bags, oil spray, ziplock bags, containers, and more. The immaculate bathroom includes toilet paper, hair dryer, towels, and all-in-one wash. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer and detergent provided so you can go home with clean clothes. Dogs As dog owners ourselves, we know how important it is to bring your small to medium sized pup with you on vacation (Please do not exceed 50 lbs). Please keep your well-behaved dog always on a 6-foot leash. If your dog is an excessive barker, this may not be the place for them. Because the condo is new (and we’d love to keep it that way for our guests), please do not allow your dog up on the couches unless you place a towel or sheet over it. And of course, always clean up after them outside the property. Guest access This condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator or stairs to get there. You also have access to the rooftop which has 10 hot tubs for use. Stairs or elevator allow you to access the rooftop (level 5). For your convenience, there is one designated free parking spot right on the condo property. Simply park in your room number and wheel your luggage to your cozy condo. If working remotely or simply browsing, there is fast speed fiber internet. And for your entertainment, there is a smart TV in the main living space and another smart TV in the master bedroom. Other things to note As dog owners ourselves, we know how important it is to bring your small to medium sized pup with you on vacation (Please do not exceed 50 lbs). Blū House is a cozy, 2BR, five-person, 21 and over, NO CHILDREN, 420-friendly, PET- friendly retreat overlooking East Bay, where sunsets dazzle and stories unfold. Step onto the TART Trail, explore award-winning vineyards, and return to a garden sanctuary with thoughtful touches—including a complimentary bottle of local wine. Rooted in cherry farming and canine companionship, our home invites you to rest, savor, and return. The space You have 700 sq. ft of private, ground floor space, 2 entrances, 2 parking spaces, a fenced garden area in front and cool back patio when it's hot. Our 900 sq. ft home is attached, but separated by a locked kitchen door and separate entrances and parking spaces for your complete privacy, yet one of us is nearby if you need anything. We have 5 dogs (2 corgis, a mini-dachshund, a rat terrier mix and a goofy Bernese Mountain Dog) and 1 cat you will never see (she hides) that are completely fenced on our side so as not to disturb you, but they may bark if they hear you. They are very friendly and one of us is always home to keep things quiet. Since this is now our 2nd year, we are allowing pets as long as they are leashed and supervised. Your space is completely fenced as well so they will enjoy the gardens with you! Guest access There are 2 ground floor entrances to your apartment: one from the back parking area and a slider accessing a private gated garden space out front (look for the high stools by the fence for the best view). Feel free to enjoy your patio and garden out front and when the sun gets too hot, escape to the back patio (the veranda), also gated, for some peace and quiet. In the future we plan an outdoor shower and an upgrade to our greenhouse that may add to your vacation space and group accommodations! We are a work in progress! Other things to note Our house has no immediate neighbors. We are directly on Five Mile Rd. Traffic goes very fast thru here so be mindful pulling out of the driveway. We also overlook busy US31N below and in summer it is noisy, BUT our purposeful heavy landscaping (it was just sand when we moved here 15 yrs ago) has allowed us to block out much of the noise and in the evenings it is quite nice to sit in the yard and watch the cars go by. It does quiet down. You have a new fire pit now (not the roasting marshmallow kind, but very cool) and a chiminea and even more beautiful gardens on our side if you're curious, or feel like a stroll, come on over! We are 5th generation cherry farmers who are used to people dropping by and like our dogs, we also don't bite!
