They re perfect for entertaining and flooded with natural light from the numerous oversized glass windows and patio doors.  Cooking Dining The upgraded modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals for you and yours, with a large fridge, separate wine cooler fridge and bar area, and plenty of cabinet space to give you room to store food and drink. A kitchen island with bar seating is the perfect spot for having a cup of coffee or leaving out snacks and drinks throughout your stay, and a full laundry area is incredibly convenient for staying clean and organized. The common areas are serviced by a half bathroom. The dining room seats six comfortably and the connected living room area is centered around a beautiful hearth with a large Smart TV. Welcome to Villa Maria Antoinette, a former carriage house built in 1896. The home was lovingly renovated over a 14-year period, ensuring its historic charm, which now provides a lovely family retreat near the lake. Walk to the beach or ride the Kal Haven trail a block away. Our oversized yard offers a patio, fire pit, hammock, swing, outdoor kitchen and theatre, porch swing and chairs. Relax and be transported back to simpler times in our beautiful and friendly gem of a city, South Haven. The space Attached photos display lovely sunset and water views from the master suite and lovely historic touches throughout the home. In 2023, we will be removing the twin beds formerly found in bedroom 4 to a queen bedroom. Additionally, the twin bed in the tandem room will be switched to a bunk bed, allowing for 15 guests in total.
