The space The house has a breezeway open the beach breeze but screened in. In this area you fill find a Tiki bar, bathroom, and a sitting area with TV and Kids Games. There is also a bedroom ( we call it mother-in law quarters or guest quarters) with fresh paint, a sitting area and its own AC. Going up stairs you have a nice size home with sitting area, a living room with a 50 inch smart tv and updated bathroom and kitchen. There is also a dining area that seats 6 to 8 people. The kids bunk room is off of the living room. It has a slider to make it private. It has a twin bunk over a trundle bunk. The large primary bedroom has new furniture, and a luxury mattress. There is a door leading out to the back deck and hot tub ( also accessible by stairs from the private fenced back yard. We have custom bag boards, a sandbox for the kids and beautiful landscaping with cafe lights. We just added a new 6ft cowboy pool. They are super trendy and fun.
