Our home is a 1700 sq. ft. ranch style house on a quiet cul-de-sac north of Route 6. The space When you walk in the front or side door you will enter the open-floor-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The cozy dining nook seats at least six. The kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as an island that seats three. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, sectional couch and a Sonos speaker. We have a three season room off the back of the house that opens up to the main living area via french doors. Down the hall you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Heading to the basement there is another living space with a TV, leather couch, game cabinet and mini fridge. There is NO bathroom in the basement. We have a desk, chair and a printer in the common space in the basement. High speed internet is available, and our three TV's have YouTubeTV, Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ (living room, master bedroom and basement). Outside you will find a grill on a small deck off the side of the house and a stone patio in the back that has an outdoor dining table, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor shower. We offer beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and a charcoal grill with briquettes. Pets cannot be over 40 pounds (or at hosts discretion). We ask that their paws are cleaned before entering the cottage after a romp on the beach or splash in the mud! They are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be picked up after in the yard out of respect for future guests. A 50$ pet fee will be charged separately.

The beach -- the famous Brewster Flats -- with its immense tidal flats is the perfect place for kids to play and explore. I should know, that was once me! Special note: dogs are welcome! The space With 2 BR's and a full bath at each end of the house, the house is ideal for a large family or two smaller families that want to share, while still having a bit of separation. Guest access The entire house and yard will be yours. The backyard and back deck are very private for outdoor living. Other things to note Although summertime rentals are offered only at full-price for full, Saturday-Saturday, weeks, I offer special discounts for longer stays during the off-season (September to May). Be sure to bring your own sheets and towels. We provide blankets, pillows, books, games, cable TV, internet/WiFi. It's merely a ten minute walk to the highly desirable Sea Street beach. The space The house features an open floor plan perfect for your group. It's tucked off the main street in a quiet setting. This house feels like a home, not a sterile hotel. Best of all it's walking distance to the best beach on Cape Cod. We also offer weekly rentals in July and August with a Friday change over to allow for easy getting on/off the Cape. Guest access Guests will have access to the main house, outdoor shower, bottom floor of the garage with ping pong table & beach toys, and the full yard. They will not have access to the garage attic nor basement. Other things to note All linens are provided, both in the closet outside of the upstairs bathroom and in the primary bathroom. Your beds will be made up upon your arrival. Upon departure, please leave sheets on the beds as the cleaners prefer to strip the beds themselves. Chef's kitchen includes butcher block counters, 48 inch induction and gas range with double oven. Bike path access 1/4 mile down the road. Breakwater Beach on the bay side is a short 1.5 miles, Fisherman's Landing for freshwater swimming at Sheep Pond is 1.1 miles. Central location provides access to many restaurant and shopping options. The space The home is well situated for privacy yet close to all of the Lower Cape's treasures. The interior of the home was recently renovated. The kitchen is well stocked with ample culinary tools and utensils, and the space has an island and a wet bar. The outdoor fireplace is great for a lobster or clam bake. There is a charcoal Weber grill as well. Guest access Guests have access to all areas within the main house. The office towards the end of the driveway is for our personal storage only. Other things to note Pets are welcome; however, please keep them off of the furniture and also provide a bed for them. The tidal marsh can be seen from the quiet north bedroom, while the other bedrooms are bright and sunny. The house received a 2013 Historic Preservation Award from Dennis Historical Commission. Guest access The first floor has a newly renovated (2012), fully equipped, and thoroughly modern kitchen with a gas range, microwave, and dishwasher. Upstairs are three large bedrooms and a smaller one, a full bath, and plenty of closet space. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, one has two twins, and the fourth has a bunk bed (twin-over-full). A wrap-around porch, outdoor shower, gas grill, and secluded, spacious, flat back yard with a large picnic table make the house ideal for relaxing outside. Guests may use the washer/dryer in the unfinished basement. The attic is not accessible to guests. Other things to note We generally rent Saturday to Saturday, but ask about other time frames. You’ll need to bring your own sheets, towels, and beach towels, unless you arrange for us to provide them for an extra charge. For children, we provide two pack-n-plays (folding crib) and a dresser-top changing pad. There are two twin sized air mattresses (with an electric pump) and two booster seats for the dining room. There are beach toys and board games in the house.
