Safety is a major priority in the home with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, pool safety fence, caged pool and fenced yard to name a few examples! Outdoor space: The large pool, patio and backyard make for a quiet, private retreat. The yard backs up to green space and is fully fenced. There is a pool cage AND a child safety fence around the large pool. An outdoor TV allows you to catch up on the news with your morning coffee by the pool. Grill a delicious meal on the BBQ to enjoy at the outdoor dining set. Lounge in the sun or nap in the shade on the comfortable furniture! After sunset, turn on lights strung overhead and enjoy the ambiance and sounds of nature. Note: Pool is heated to 84 degrees, 12 hours per day November through March at no additional charge.
