Two of the bedrooms are upstairs The space This is a small 1000 sqft 2 story home built in 1940. The home has been updated and brought up to current code. The home is equipped with all you will need for a weekend or long stay for work. Covered porch and back deck. Covered grilling area out back. Guest access The entire home is available to the guest. There is one owner’s closet under the stairs that is locked. The garage is locked and not for guest to use. Other things to note Two of the 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Centrally located, this gorgeous, updated 1930s Southern craftsman cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths (one is a home office with daybed), all hardwood floors, custom build in cabinets, and a formal dining room. It comes equip with all the necessary kitchen supplies and an in-unit washer / dryer. Situated in the Old Dauphin Way Historic district, it is walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, and grocery stores. Less than a mile from downtown, close to the interstates and hospitals.
