The second component is the pool alarm itself that is located at the back left of the pool when walking out into the backyard. This device is inserted into the pool and is normally turned off. To use this alarm, push down the button and swivel the metallic button into surveillance mode. In this mode, if the pool alarm detects entrance into the pool, it will sound an alarm at this location and at the receiver in the home. This pool alarm is to be used when children are present and not being supervised. If you want to enjoy the pool while supervision is underway turn the pool alarm into the off position. We have made an instructional video on how to use the pool alarm and this is available upon request. We will text you a video instructional video on the proper use of this pool alarm. A brief description and name of this pool ALARM is also present on the welcome sheet found at the front entrance of the home. Turn it on Tap the power button on the front panel. The screen will light up and warm up for a few seconds. If this doesn’t work, opening and closing the front panel should trigger the power on. 2.	Choose your drink Select from Espresso, Coffee, Americano, Latte, or Cappuccino. 3.	Adjust strength (optional) Tap the coffee-bean icon to choose Mild, Medium, or Strong. 4. If you want milk drinks Make sure the milk container (on the left side) is attached and the tube is connected securely. If no milk is attached, choose coffee-only drinks. (Sometimes the machine says the milk duct needs cleaned however, I can assure you it is clean. We take cleanliness very seriously.) 5.	Place your cup Slide your mug under the spout. Raise or lower the spout depending on cup height. 6.	Press Start The machine will grind, brew, and dispense automatically. Just wait until it finishes. 7.	After brewing The machine may run a quick rinse — this is normal. 8.	Cleaning (for guests) No cleaning required besides wiping spills. The machine self-cleans. 9. The machine is plumbed so there is no need to add water. HOW TO HEAT THE POOL/SPA 1.	Make sure the pool pump is running (if the screen says “NO FLOW,” you are outside the scheduled pump hours which are 11am-3pm and again from 6pm-11pm) 2.	Press MODE until it shows SPA. 3.	Use the UP arrow to set your desired temperature. 4.	Wait 30–60 minutes for it to heat. Please turn the temperature down and switch back to POOL when done. To heat the hot tub turn the SPA RETURN and MAIN DRAIN handles shown in the photo with the piping. Please remember to turn the handles back and turn off the heater when you are done using the spa. When the Gulf Stream pump starts to count down it IS working. It usually starts counting down from somewhere near 150. The photos referred to here will be sent 24-48 hrs before your arrival. Its the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing and private family beach getaway. The space Our house has a very open, flowing design. A large central kitchen/living room area provides a great space for family time on a new set of modern couches with great viewing of a large wall mounted TV with a huge selection of channels. The kitchen has all new appliances including a Keurig coffee station, toaster, microwave , stove and oven range, and a generous refrigerator / freezer with a built-in water / ice dispenser (saves a ton on water bottles!). Off the main living area is a charming triangle area that opens to the pool deck via a patio door. A secure child fence completely surrounds the pool. There are three bedrooms in the main house, a master with private bathroom, a sunny , corner bedroom with two twin beds and a kids room with a bunk bed with queen size new mattresses. In the main living area, there are an additional single sized sofa bed (we find the kids love this!) and a queen sized couchbed. There is also a separate king master suite with a king bed , a private entrance and private full bath with tub and shower. This suite is accessible from the house directly as well. Going outside, there is a beautiful veranda to the rear of the main room , open to the air, but safe from the sun and rain. It is large enough for sizable family gatherings on our multiple sets of patio tables and chairs. The pool is state of the art with a long swim lane, tanning shelf and gas heated spa. Lights and spa jets are controlled by Alexa voice commands. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, pool and yard. Office is independent of bedrooms and has two French doors. The office area can be used as a bedroom if guests wish and we can provide an additional mattress. Kitchen overlooks pool and dining area and is equipped with refrigerator, microwave over, range, dishwasher, toaster over, coffee maker and kettle. Kitchen is equipped with Plates, dishes, cups, cutlery, pots and pans, and some basic spices and condiments. Master bedroom has a queen bed, adjoining full bath with walk in shower and sliding door to pool area. Guest room 1 has a queen bed. Guest room 2 has a queen bed with tv Guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub. Office has French doors and can be used as a fourth bedroom. Air mattress can be provided upon request. Back patio has a dining table that seats 5 and is under a covered area.
