Welcome to our two healthy sized bedrooms, up to three beds (King, Queen, and Full), and one bath in a basement guest space with private entry and peaceful seclusion nestled against the beautiful Greenbelt Trail. The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with residential-only traffic but is conveniently located less than a mile from I 235/Interstate 80 MixMaster and ten minutes from downtown DSM. Owners live in top floors so some noise is normal. Mini fridge with freeze and microwave available. The space Room one contains a king size bed and ample closet space, room two has a queen and full sized bed and can be adjusted to meet your needs! The living/dining room combo has a large comfy sectional with a large television for your relaxation! There is a laundry room with dryer/washer combo for use as well. There is no kitchen but we provide plastic accessories, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig. The space is in a basement so there is regular noise from walking that comes from the upstairs kitchen and living room. Guest access Parking will be available on the street in front of the house as well as the right side of the driveway. There is a path marked by rock tiles heading to the back yard which is fully fenced in. There are steps that lead back to a mulched path that leads around to the private entrance which includes a small cement patio. There are no shared spaces, the guest suite is only for guest use. Other things to note In case of emergency with fuse box or HVAC system, hosts will try and contact guests prior to entrance in order to fix any issues. Otherwise, location of fuse box will be given for guest to flip breakers.

Other things to note While the game room may elicit the idea to host a party at The Cheetah House, please keep guests to a maximum of 6 unless otherwise approved by the host. 2 visitors are allowed. It's a small house with 1 bathroom. Trust me- you don't want more people in here than the max allowed. This house is for adults and has nude or semi-nude artwork, cuss words, sexual connotations, adult games and for those with a sense of humor. Please do not choose this house if you have kids with you or are easily offended. The house is built in 1940 which means it's not perfect and has character. The bathroom space between the tub and toilet is small so super tall or overly portly folks may have a problem. The basement ceiling is low so again, super tall people (6'3+) may have a harder time in the house. Personally, I'm 6'0 and do just fine but have had tall guests comment that I should warn other tall guests.
