The owners are available if needed and live only a half mile away. The Fox Den is located right outside downtown Blue Ridge. This cabin was constructed in 2020 with vacation in mind. It is the perfect fusion of modern and rustic cabin. It has been professionally furnished with all the amenities a family or group of friends would want to unwind in the mountains. A favorite guest activity is undoubtedly sipping coffee while rocking back and forth in the rocker on the front porch. Only a few short steps separate the parking lot from the cabin's main door. The simple to use coded keypad that will give you access to the cabin will help you relax. (You don't have to meet someone to get keys!) There are no stairs to get from the driveway to the main level of the home. The only stairs at the cabin are to get up to the loft area. As you enter the cabin you will find the living area with a Smart TV, electric fireplace, and cozy couch. The fully stocked farm-style kitchen is located right across from the living room. The main floor bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, closet, dresser, and a Smart TV. The bathroom, which has a tub/shower, laundry area, and vanity, is right outside the bedroom. You will feel like you are in a treehouse when you climb the custom spiral staircase up to the loft area with 2 Queen beds and a Smart TV You might not ever choose to leave the cabin once you step out into the outdoor oasis. There is a brand new 5 person hot tub just outside the kitchen door. Just a few steps away from the hot tub is a custom built fire pit area with string lighting and comfy adirondack chairs. There is a gravel path from the hot tub to the fire pit, so you can easily go from the hot tub to the fire pit. There is also a 4 person dining table and grill on the newly placed patio for you to enjoy meals outside. The Cabin sits up on a hill surrounded by trees so there is a very private feel. There is a meadow down below the cabin that has a small creek running through it. This is part of the property and you are more than welcome to take the kids/pets down there to play. It is accessible for NON-AWD vehicles; however, ice and snow can cause these conditions to change. The cabin is less than 5 miles from downtown, groceries, restaurants, local attractions, shopping, and only minutes from Lake Blue Ridge Marina, and a quick drive over to Whitewater Rafting on the Ocoee River. This bedroom also has a bathroom with a unique whiskey barrel sink, standard shower, and the stack washer/dryer unit. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and there are two twins beds in the loft. At night, you can gather around the firepit to chat about the day's adventures. Or soak your sore muscles after a day of hiking in a bubbling hot tub. You'll also have a washer/dryer, a flat (gravel) parking area, and keyless entry - so you don't have to stop at an office for check-in and checkout. A charming feature of the cabin is the built-in reading bench in the loft, set just beneath a window (pics coming soon). We've stocked a collection of books for you to enjoy during your stay, and you're welcome to join in our "take a book, leave a book" tradition - choose one to bring home with you, or leave a favorite behind for the next guest to discover. This cabin features Starlink high-speed, low-latency broadband internet so you can stay connected and work remotely. The second bedroom (loft) is accessible via a set of stairs. Adult supervision may be required for our younger friends as they ascend or descend the stairs to ensure safety. Central A/C and Heating comfortably heats and cools the home. Additional wall heaters are available for particularly chilly winter nights. The cabin is decorated for the winter season late-November through early January. We have exterior security cameras facing both the front entrance and backyard towards the side of the home that includes the fire pit. These are used solely for property security and guest safety. No cameras are located inside the home or in any private spaces. Do not leave firepit unattended or throw trash into the fire. Extinguish with water when you are done enjoying it. Candles are not permitted to be used inside the home. A citronella candle is provided on the back porch for use outside during your stay. Please extinguish it when you are done using it. Our cabin is nestled in a wooded area but does have homes in the near vicinity that make up our small community. As part of this natural setting, you may notice spider webs, insects, or other small woodland critters around the property. While we do our best to keep the cabin clean and comfortable, it's impossible to fully keep nature out. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the charm and serenity of this rustic environment. Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed. We love offering the fire pit as part of your experience; however, guest safety comes first. Local regulations or weather conditions (such as drought or burn bans) may occasionally prohibit its use. These decisions are made by local authorities and are outside of our control, so availability cannot be guaranteed and does not qualify for refunds. We’ll always keep you informed of any restrictions so you can plan accordingly. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin with the exception of the owner's closet which is the door adjacent to the laundry room. Other things to note **Mountain, Forested Utilities** Our home is located in the North Georgia mountains region and occasional weather-related disruptions can occur. Please note that power outages and brief internet interruptions may happen from time to time due to storms or utility issues in the area. The home does not have a generator, and restoration times are dependent on the local utility provider. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of such interruptions. We do not offer refunds or discounts for circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, power outages, or utility disruptions. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind. We will always communicate promptly and do our best to assist during any unexpected situations.

All Bed Linens and towels are provided with this rental. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. There are no food items, spices or condiments provided.  You will be provided with 10 Kitchen Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels per Kitchen Sink, 2 packs of dishwasher detergent, 1 box of single-load laundry soap, a small 2 oz bottle of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner per bathroom with tub or shower, and a bar of hand soap per bathroom sink, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet.  You will also be provided with a souvenir Willow Creek Cabin Rentals tote bag to take with you. Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM This rental includes an insurance waiver for accidental damage. It is a built-in fee included in your reservation.
