The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach! The space Welcome to Grand Haven, MI, the Coast Guard City! My home sits on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to downtown. The back yard has a wonderful deck and fire pit with wood provided. The bedrooms have luxury mattresses with a new Nolah hybrid this year in the king. You can find pillows of any firmness to make everyone happy. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to fix a meal or grill in the back yard. The shed is full of beach gear for guests to use. You just need to bring clothes. You can't go wrong! Guest access You are renting the whole house. You will have a fully fenced back yard for your dogs to play in. There is a patio fire pit with wood provided and a newer gas grill. The back yard shed is stocked with everything that you need for a great day at the beach including floaties, beach chairs and a beach wagon. This code is updated after each guest. A bedroom (Queen) and full bathroom are on either side of the entryway at the front of the house. Continue straight to the small living area with a sectional and bar stools for additional seating where you can enjoy a shared space and ROKU TV. This continues to a large open kitchen area which has everything you need to prepare a meal for many to enjoy. There is a Keurig and we provide a limited number of K-Cups, cream and sugar. There will be salt, pepper and a small variety of other spices in the kitchen, but absolutely nothing will be in the refrigerator- bring your own ketchup and mustard for that BBQ! 2 additional bedrooms (Queen and bunk-room) and one full bathroom with a tub are off of the kitchen area, along the south side of the house. The bunk bedroom has a full bed on bottom and twin on top. The back yard is fully fenced for you and your furry friends to enjoy! There is a grassy area and a patio with lots of seating, a fire-pit and a grill to enjoy! There is room for for 2-3 cars to park in the driveway and additional safe spots on the same side of the street if needed. Also as listed we do not have cable TV - but do have a new smart TV with Roku with a DVD player and do have Wifi. Our hope is that you will take advantage of time spent with others, enjoy our puzzles, games, books and creating memories together! Located just across from Grand Haven State Park this 3 bedroom 1.5 bath condo features spacious decks providing amazing beach and shoreline views of Lake Michigan. The space On the middle floor, you will enter a spacious living room, open to the dining area, and a beautifully appointed kitchen where you will find a butcher block floating island and top-of-the-line appliances, including a Sub-Zero extra-wide refrigerator, dual-heat Viking oven, convection oven, and vented hood. All of this with a view of Lake Michigan and Grand Haven State Beach!  A sliding glass door provides access to a balcony where you can enjoy people-watching and lake views. Two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a queen bed, and a full bath with a walk-in shower complete the second floor.  The third floor has twin bunk beds as well as access to a private rooftop deck where you are sure to take in a beautiful sunset or two.  The lower level provides an additional half bath and laundry area.  There isn't a more convenient location when it comes to being close to downtown and the beach. Directly across the street is Grand Haven State Beach, with access to the lighthouse and pier.  A sidewalk directly in front of the home will take you on a short 1.5-mile walk to restaurants and shopping. Guests are encouraged to turn vehicles around in the back of the property before exiting the driveway. The sidewalk traffic can be heavy with walkers and bikes, thus caution as leaving property is advised. If traveling with a small boat, the Village Farmhouse has space to park it, but it must be either backed into or out of the property on the narrow driveway as you will be unable to turn it around. Other things to note The home is protected by ADT security system with camera's facing each door approach and driveway only. The system includes carbon monoxide and smoke detection as well as additional antitheft detection. Village Farmhouse is located on Savidge Drive, in the Village of Spring Lake which is a peninsula largely surrounded to the north by Spring Lake, to the south by the Grand River and the east by Loyd's Bayou. In addition to being within 3 miles of Grand Haven State Park, and a 2-minute drive to Lakeside Beach, this property is located near numerous state and county parks, both with river and lake access, which are under 10 miles away. There are several boat launches within 3 miles of the property. Tanglefoot Park, within walking distance, has both a splash pad for kids and self-service kayaks to rent. Grand Haven City and Beach is known for the World's Largest Musical Fountain which plays summer evenings at sunset.
