Watch Saturday games on the big screen smart tv from our 2 comfy sectionals, and have a fire in the wood burning fireplace during winter. The dining table seats 6 and 3 bar stools fit at the bar. Additional seating is out back under the stars and string lights, just off the living room. EATING: Caddy's Shack provides a fully stocked kitchen with any appliance you may need, including a blender, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot, and Keurig. Coffee is provided. Tailgate and celebrate with any of our AU serving pieces and trays (we've marked many a milestone here). Grill masters will find tools in the kitchen also. SLEEPING: All 3 of our bedrooms are upstairs, and each has its own smart tv and new ceiling fan. Bedroom #1 has a King bed, black out curtains, and an attached full bathroom. Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed. There is also a pop up Twin available stored in the closet. Bedroom #3 offers a Queen bed also. These 2 bedroom share the full bathroom in the hall. Our living room downstairs has a new Queen sleeper sofa and of course all linens are provided. Your party can be as big as NINE guests, and everyone will have a bed. IF you unfortunately have to work on vacation, then 2 separate work stations with desks, lamps, outlets, and fast wifi are in the bedrooms. EXTRAS: Should you feel like doing your kids laundry (or your own), use our full sized washer and dryer in the half bath downstairs. Detergent is on us. We. Love. Dogs. Our 3 townhomes were named after our own dogs and grand-dog. We want them to be comfortable too. Pup accessories provided are their own water bowl, treats, and the necessary poop bags. Each bedroom has a traditional bed that sleeps two adults plus we offer a twin 12" thick foam mattress, a twin fold out bed, a queen size air mattress and two 2 couches in the living room. Linens are supplied (sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels) and the Laundry room is available to guests. Beds have foam toppers and mattress covers so they are clean and comfy. Bathrooms are stocked with towels (bath, hand, wash cloth, makeup removal washcloths, and bath mats). As well as soaps, shampoo/conditioner, blow dryers, toilet paper, and tissues. The home has a key-less entry on the front door that provides unique access codes for every guest. A security system is in the home with a video doorbell on the front door. This home is zoned for multiple unrelated occupants and the owner has a business License, zoning permit, and is fully compliant with local codes and taxes. We use a strict cleaning and sanitizing protocol between every guest stay. Cleaning supplies, soaps and hand sanitizer are available for guests. Home is a no vaping and no smoking property. We also have added extension cords with multiple USB ports on bedside tables for your use. For your sleeping comfort, there are black-out drapes in each bedroom, plus a box fan (for white noise if needed) in each closet. LINENS are all good quality with high thread count. We personally wash all sheets and pillowcases in super hot water plus we rinse twice, adding fabric softener last. We also dry them on the hottest setting. TOWELS: We also personally wash all towels and bath rugs in super hot water with detergent and bleach. We then rinse twice and add fabric softener before we also dry on the super dry heat setting. There are 6 bath towels, hand towels and washcloths in the master bath. There are 10 bath towels, hand towels and washcloths in the shared bath. We hope this is sufficient for your stay, but feel free to wash and dry a load if you need more! (There is detergent, bleach, and fabric softener in the drawer below the dryer in the laundry room.) There are 2 BATHROOMS with tub/shower and toilets, but each bedroom has a private sink and vanity area. We provide a variety of SHAMPOOS & conditioners plus BATH SOAP. So Sweet to be Home, is a stand alone house, with privacy fenced back yard, which is ideal for a family, a small group or a few couples visiting Auburn together. Each bedroom has a traditional bed that sleeps two adults plus we offer a twin 8" thick foam mattress, a twin fold out bed, a sofa for guests 7 and 8. Linens are supplied (sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels) and the Laundry room is available to guests. Beds have pillow tops or foam toppers and mattress covers so they are clean and comfy. Bathrooms are stocked with towels (bath, hand, wash cloth, makeup removal washcloths, and bath mats). As well as soaps, shampoo/conditioner, blow dryers, toilet paper, and tissues. The home has a key-less entry on the front door and side door and we provide a unique access code for every guest. A security system is in the home with a video doorbell on the front door. This home is zoned for multiple unrelated occupants and the owner has a business License, zoning permit, and is fully compliant with local codes and taxes. We use a strict cleaning and sanitizing protocol between every guest stay. Cleaning supplies, soaps and hand sanitizer are available for guests. House is a no smoking and no vaping property. Built in the 70’s this little gem has been renovated! The original hardwood floors have been restored, the original bathroom has been restored, a small second bathroom was added, the kitchen was updated with granite counters and stainless appliances, gas stove, gas hot water heater, new windows, new HVAC and new roof and then everything was given a fresh coat of paint. All 3 bedrooms have their own TV's, dresser, closet and luggage stands. All windows have 2" wood slat blinds. The Master bedroom has a queen size canopy bed with a small private bathroom with a shower. The Front bedroom has a queen size bed with a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper and the pack-n-play, baby bedding and blankets, toys and books, as well as fold out twin size cot with 1 1/2 inch memory foam mattress. The Back bedroom has a King size bed with a memory foam mattress and a desk (dedicated work space). The front and king bedrooms share the hall bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. A baby tub and hooded towels are available. The kitchen has granite counters and a gas stove, french door refrigerator (with ice and water) and lower freezer drawer, microwave and dishwasher built in as well as many small appliances (mixer, blender, toaster oven, air fryer, rice cooker, crock pot). All dishes, glasses, stemware, cookware, silverware, and baking items are provided (you can cook thanksgiving dinner for 12 in this kitchen!). The dining room table seats 6 (2 additional chairs from the living room would allow 8 to share a meal). The living room has a couch, extra large recliner and 2 chairs and comfortably seats 7. The living room has a large screen tv. Leather sectional couch and 2 lazy boy rocker recliners! There are a few games, books, puzzles and magazines provided for guests to enjoy. The screened porch seats 6 and has a ceiling fan, string lights, and a large screen tv. It is a wonderful place to hang out in the evenings! The Laundry room, accessed from porch, is available for guest use. It has a washer/Dryer. iron and ironing board with laundry soap and starch stocked. There is also a baby walker and baby gate stored in there that guests may use. This home has a wonderful yard. The front is landscaped and has solar lighting along the walkway to the door. The front door has 4 steps up and the backdoor has two steps (these are only steps in home). The driveway and large side yard are perfect for parking several vehicles and/or tossing a ball. There is a security light at the corner of the house (side yard/driveway/backyard) that is motion activated. There is a street light in front of the house that lights up the driveway and side yard. The privacy fenced back yard has a fire pit area with seating for 6. We try to make sure firewood is available by the back fence during the fall and winter months. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of a single locked closet that is an owner's closet. There are closets in each bedroom that are available for guest use. Guests may also use the entry closet and the pantry in kitchen. Other things to note Less than 15 minutes to 6 area golf courses! There are several local parks, entertainment venues, shopping, dining and sports options within 1-15 minutes of the house.
