This spacious and light-filled home has two sections perfect for multiple families or friends. The Main House has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a kitchen, and arcade space; the other section of the home has 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, and a kitchen too. The space This return back to nature is hard to convey in words, but may be exactly what you need to get away from it all! Whether paddle boating, kayaking (two adult sized and two youth sized kayaks available for guest use), and lounging by the pond is your thing or you prefer to explore the wooded acres and take advantage of the five disc golf holes, this property has something for everyone. Outdoors you’ll also find a grill, hot tub, plenty of seating and picnic area. Check out our hobbit holes! These spaces bring us so much joy and we know guests will love them too. The smaller of the two is a great place for kids to enjoy some creative play and the adult sized space is equipped with cozy furniture perfect for reading a book while sipping a cup of tea. The hobbit holes are intended for games, crafting, reading and play; you are welcome to choose to sleep in one but please plan to bring your own air mattress and bedding as the furniture and bedding from inside the house is not to be moved or utilized in these spaces 🤗 Indoors prepare to enjoy an arcade space, kitchen equipped with all the basic amenities, magnetic board games and on-site laundry. Additionally, there is a smart TV on each side of the home and, though we promise not to tell your boss if you're looking for an excuse to be off the grid, there is Wi-Fi. We also welcome well-behaved canine guests and donate all pet fees back to our local shelter. No cats due to owner allergies. The three bedroom side of the home includes one king, one queen and one full bedroom. Please note the queen bedroom has a fully handicap accessible bathroom with a modified bath. The two bedroom side of the home includes one queen bed, and two twin beds with trundles for up to four kiddos. Please note, the pond is suitable for both swimming and fishing however fishing is limited to catch and release with your own supplies and swimming is always done at guest's own risk. The pond is aerated and receives consistent maintenance but, as with all ponds/lakes, we advise that both human and canine guests wash with soap post-swim. This property is on a septic system. It receives regular maintenance and pumping but can be overworked by larger groups. We certainly want guests to be comfortable and use the amenities as you would at home but limiting lengthy showers and excessive dishwasher/laundry use will help with capacity. Use of Washer & Dryer by long term Guests may be possible if arranged in advance with Host through Airbnb messaging. This is a non-smoking property, and due to allergies, pets are not allowed. Booking Guest must be 21 years old and must be present during stay. Booking Guest is responsible for self and other Guest. A law office with separate entry is located on the first floor of South Bank Station and has intermittent use.

Cell phone accessibility at tiny house, internet in the barn shared space (work space availability), patio, little bridge. Guest access Shared barn time. Meet the donkeys and we'll show you around! Games Other things to note Fire pit will be loaded with wood! We have a large available workspace on our barn patio and barn interior. Large table inside, small table outside under patio roof. The barn is just a hop and skip to the tiny house. Great internet in barn. Guests want to "unplug" in the tiny house, so we only offer cell and texting. However, we have work teams come in and set up printers, computers, bring bins and enjoy the work away from . . . work. If interested in work within the tiny house, let me know. There is a 19 acre lake and a small pond for fishing. Parties and Events are Allowed. The space Quiet Country Setting. Shower House and Large Patio with a fire pit and gas grill, Great for Outdoor entertaining. Sitting on the edge of a famous Baseball facility. 2 ponds and a large fishing Lake. Backyard Amish Cabin add on, or 3 other cabins within walking distance. NO TENTS PLEASE! Guest access Entire house accessible as well as Shower House, patio and porches, yard, pond and fishing lake. Outdoor Volleyball and basketball area is complimentary. Other things to note There is one full bathroom in the house itself. The other 4 bathrooms are in the detached shower house just off the back porch. Has both men's and women's sides. This shower House is shared with the Amish Cabin right next to it.
