Hampton House at Petite Lake Resort, #1

Enjoy beautiful sunsets and our lake. This is a single-family home on a neighborhood lake. We are next to a private launch for residents only. We have a large fire pit with seating. Excellent fishing (with an IL fishing license) our pier is in June through September. A short drive gets you to every store you can imagine in Antioch, we are 15 minutes from Gurnee Mills, one of the largest malls in the U.S. as well as Six Flags Great America amusement park. There is also ice fishing. The space Wake up to our beautiful view, have your morning coffee out by the lake. We have no pets and wood floors as well as an air purifier in the bedrooms and living room. One bedroom with a queen bed. There are two twin beds with two more trundle beds under each in the living room. There is one bathroom with a bath tub and shower. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker. There is a laundry machine and dryer. Work from home with beautiful views of the lake from the desk. We have a gas grill for your use. In the summer months, take the kayaks out or float off our sand beach. Guest access This is a private home, we do keep the master bedroom locked, but we are not on site while you are there. The garage is also locked and not for use. All other spaces are for your private use. Other things to note There are no pets, no parties, or other guests allowed. There are security cameras on site. Use kayaks at your own risk. Swim at your own risk, there are no barriers or fencing between the house and the lake. Do not build large bon fires, no more than 3 logs should be used at once in the firepit.
