Board the Williams GC train to experience the Polar Express, drive through Bearizona Wildlife Park, ride the coaster at Canyon Coaster Adventure Park and of course the Grand Canyon, less than 1 hour away. The space Our beautiful remodeled home is just 2 short blocks to Historic Route 66 and about 2 blocks from the Santa Fe Dam. Guest access Another great reason for you to choose our home is that the entire home is just for you! We have a small driveway that can accommodate 1 vehicle and on street parking in front of our home. Other things to note We are happy to offer a pet friendly option. The space Built in the late 1800's, our home has the quaint feeling of nostalgia. Calley Cottage has been remodeled and upgraded to appeal to guests that enjoy a warm boutique cottage atmosphere. The town of Williams has so much to offer! There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, fresh air and friendly people! What a PERFECT place to spend your vacation! The Bunkhouse is close to town, yet far enough out to enjoy the outdoors. Have fun visiting Bearizona, The Deer farm, The Grand Canyon, The Polar Express! The space This cozy space used to be a ranch house. It is 900 square feet with a cooky personality. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, DVD player, t.v. and a closet. There is a 2nd bedroom with a loft twin sized bed and a queen sized bed that fits underneath. There is a dresser and a closet as well. The Dining Room has a dining room table and a small bar area. There is a wood burning fireplace and a rocking chair. There are a bunch of board games, card games and some toys for the kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and baking items. The refrigerator is full size. There is an oven stove and microwave. You will have access to a coffee pot and a toaster oven. There are basic spices as well as coffee, creamer, hot cocoa, and oil for your use. The T.V. Room/Family room is a cozy little spot. The leather sofa pulls out into a full sized bed. There is a cozy gas burning stove that set to a thermostat. There is an entertainment center with a t.v and DVD player. We have a small selection of DVDs for your pleasure. We do have Wi-Fi which includes Roku T.V. Disney+, Netflix and more. It is difficult to get internet in the woods. It is limited at times. We have it set up the best we can and we will be upgrading when it becomes available. There is a full sized fenced in, gated back yard for children and pets. There is a picnic table, fire pit and BBQ Grill for your use. You may enjoy some back yard activities in the summer months including, Cowboy Golf, Horseshoes, and Corn Hole. There is no garbage disposal, so all chunks of food should be thrown in the trash not sent down the drain. There are 3 steps up to the porch with railings. Backyard is totally fenced and dog proof, great for your furbabies! We also supply dog dishes, dog blanket, dog toys and extra leashes. If you bring your furbaby please add them to the booking as our insurance company requires such. There is a small fee of $25 per pet per night. Absolutely stunning Glamping Suite near the Grand Canyon, Grand Canyon Railroad, Bearizona, and much more. We are located in Grand Canyon RV Glamping and near the only train stop/ride to the Grand Canyon. The neighborhood around us is full of hiking trails, fun attractions for the whole family, and is a great place to stay for a few nights as you head to the Grand Canyon. Come roast marshmallow's and enjoy the scenic outdoors in this wonderful Northern Arizona getaway! The space This unit has lots to offer! All campers have heating, air conditioning, a full working kitchen (just no dishwasher), two bedrooms, one bathroom, hot water, running water, basic kitchen supplies, pots/pans, and much more. This space has two queen-sized beds. The couch turns into a jackknife sofa which can fit up to one adult and two children. Each bed will be made for guests before they arrive. We will provide extra linens in the cabinets for couch beds and air mattresses. Both bedrooms have their own private room. Outside the camper is a barbecue grill and a campfire pit. Grill tools are located in the drawers in the camper.  *Dog Fee: $20 per dog, per day. No other pets are allowed. Guest access We are a full-time Glamping park. All guests will check-in to our main office upon arrival. Guests will have a lock box set up for them after 10 PM (after hours bookings). If there are warmer temperatures outside, leaving the windows and doors closed are essential for the house to remain comfortable.

The space Grand Canyon RV Glamping Premium Suite offers 2-queen bedrooms, 1-small sofa bed (fits one small child), and one full-bathroom. This travel trailer unit has all the comforts of home! Smart TV and speediest wifi available in Williams available for guests to enjoy catching up on the latest shows. Pack and plays are available, but please let us know prior to checking in if you need a pack and play. There's also a mini fridge and coffee machine!
