It is located in the center of the world including the best surfing beach in Ocean City with Secrets and Jolly Rogers within walking distance. On 49th Street there is a public pool on the ocean you can access called Beach Club Pool. Parking is basically unlimited. This is a NO PET building therefore pets are prohibited. Your whole family is welcome. The space The “alleyway” in ocean city goes right next to the building which is perfect for morning walks. Guest access Parking is great. You are given one space under the building and there are tons of open spaces in the court yard and on the street even in mid summer. Other things to note Please note this is an old place and not top-shelf material. You are not staying at the Ritz when you visit my condo. The value is in the location. For breakfast I would stay away from the Dough Roller across the street, I spent $48 on a breakfast for 2 with a round of juices. I would go to Happy Jacks on 26th St., it has great best breakfast food and the employees are amazingly friendly and will remember you when you come back. And priced more than reasonable. Recently renovated stylish one-bedroom condo just steps to the beach. Centrally located on 35th street our unit is close to shopping, restaurants, the Convention Center, and the boardwalk. Our private patio has a view of the beach and ocean, and the spacious kitchen has more than enough room to have some friends over for a meal. Located in Midtown, this area is full of nightlife, amazing restaurants, and a less crowded beach since there aren't any large hotels. The space Upon entering the space you'll notice an abundance of natural light filling the living room. The open kitchen and bathroom are centrally located with the bedroom tucked in behind. The entire unit was recently renovated and is now ready for your OC vacation! We have a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in case you have a couple extra guests. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped to cook a meal or to entertain guests. The semi-private patio has a view of the ocean with bar height adirondack chairs for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or anything in-between.
