Cancellations and Refunds- Cancellations received prior to 14 days of arrival date are entitled to full refund of deposit. Cancellation after 14 days and refund is forfiet. No refunds will be made after final payment (within 14 days) of arrival has been made. 4. Security Deposit – A Security/Damage deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. No checks accepted. This security deposit will be returned within 48 hours of the departure, provided proper checkout procedures are followed, and there is no breakage or damage to the premises. Access- The Property Owner and/or the Agency's agents shall be allowed access to holiday accommodation at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy. 8. Refund Policy – Owners cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, TVs, Satellite Receivers, VCRs, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to owners immediately. Owners will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Welcome! The Farmhouse (circa 1944) showcases all the original charm, with modern amenities. Formerly a working peach farm, now a vacation property! License No. 027-2024 . The house sits on one acre, surrounded by orchards & vineyards. A short drive to the theatre, wineries, breweries, & trails. A walking distance to Jackson Triggs, Stratus Vineyards, Oast Brewery. In the summer months we ask for a min two night stay. Unfortunately due to allergies we are unable to host animals The space The Farmhouse is a storey and a half, and has over 1,500 sq.ft.. There is a spacious living room, dining room that seats six, eating area that seats four, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is fully furnished with everything you should need for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals. Should there be a rainy day, there are DVDs, books, puzzles and games. The two televisions/Blu-ray players can stream. Guest access The first floor and second floor of the house, outside deck, and one acre is available. The property is adjacent to a working vineyard, we have panoramic eastern views.
