Main floor has primary bedroom with 1 king bed, full bathroom, and 1/2 bathroom. Guest access PLEASE NOTE: in the winter months our plow company clears snow if there is 2.5 inches or more. This property has a long paved driveway with a moderate incline. Please use your best judgment before booking if your vehicle is not adequate for driving in winter conditions. We HIGHLY recommend having all wheel or four wheel drive in the winter. This is also in a rural setting, and snow removal is not immediate on the driveway or local roads. We're fortunate to have so many amenities close by such as: The Saratoga Performing Arts Center, The Saratoga National Historical Park, The Saratoga Race Track, and a large selection of restaurants/clubs and music venues in town. The space This home was built by my husband (with a lot of love and care) for my mom who planned much of the layout. Many of her welcoming touches remain...she loved to entertain! The house has central air system for heating and cooling. Guest access The main floor, second floor, deck area and back yard are all available. The 2 bedroom flat on the ground floor walk out basement is rented this summer during your stay. There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway and one space in the garage (3 total spaces with a parking option across the street for a 4th vehicle), all off street. Other things to note We have a grand view of the sunsets from the east side of the lake. The very comfortable deck is a great place to relax on with a grill and two umbrella table sets. There is a long walk-out dock. You can bring your boat, or access one of the three marinas for rentals. Fishing is especially good over at nearby Snake Hill (no worries..we've never spotted any;). We cannot allow use of our canoe or kayaks because of liability. The shared yard has two picnic tables and a fireplace in the yard. Couples and families are welcome!

Our house is located on beautiful Saratoga Lake, right outside of Saratoga Springs. It is a 10 min. drive to the track and 15 mins. to downtown and SPAC. Featuring a large living area with a full deck overlooking the lake, our home is simply furnished, cozy, and quiet (last house on a dead-end road). Access to the beach and the dock is via stairway off of the deck. We have no cleaning fees; however, if excessive cleaning is needed after your stay you will be charged an appropriate price for it. The space Our beach and the shallow area of the lakebed is made up of small stones. We recommend the use of swim-shoes while using the beach. Use of the lake, beach, and dock are all at your own risk. We are not liable for damage sustained to any watercraft moored at our dock. Please take all precautions when using our property. Please note: We have no control of the water level of the lake, nor of the weather. Requests for refunds due to higher or lower-than-normal water levels of the lake, or inclement weather, will not be given. Guest access You will have the whole cottage, deck and beach/dock to yourself. Other things to note We have a dock on the property and you are welcome to dock a boat here during your stay. However, please note that it is impossible to drive a boat trailer down the narrow dirt road to the property. You must launch from the public boat launch at the north end of the lake or from one of the private marinas on the lake. Park your boat trailer at your launch site.

Boasting an open floor plan with live plants in every room, the house has 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 king) and two full baths on each floor. The kitchen has a gas range, ice maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. The dining table comfortably sits six. There’s a mini fridge for drinks. The living room has 3 leather couches, comfortable blankets and a 70” tv. Tenant lives in apartment downstairs. This is my home when not being rented out so please understand personal items will be around. The space Tenant lives in basement of house, but there are no shared spaces or entrances. This is also my primary residence when not renting so please be considerate of personal items in closets and dressers. First floor is an open floor plan (kitchen/living room/dining area) with working fire stove to cuddle up to on cold fall and winter nights. There is also a full bathroom and bedroom with queen sized bed on the first floor. Second floor has two bedrooms with king sized beds and a full bathroom. All bed rooms and main living area have split duct heating/cooling systems to keep you comfortable during your stay. We’ve installed a brand new washer and dryer and dishwasher to help things remain clean during your stay. There is also a new gas range, ice machine, and refrigerator. The home is located a five minute walk to the lake down a quiet road with a private dock. The house has a beautiful front deck with seating for fire pit, out door dining, relaxation and a Weber grill. Nearby are Saratoga Springs (15min), SPAC (13min), Saratoga Racetrack (13min), Saratoga Lake (10min), Saratoga Spa State Park (10min), and Moreau Lake State Park (22min), as well as several wineries within 25min. The space My house is two floors, approximately 2000 sqft (3 bed, 2 bath). As of Feb2026, it is also equipped with a solar array and battery, which sustainably provides electricity, even during grid outages. The property itself is 2 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac, though one acre is wooded. I'm hoping to convert a portion of it into farmland in Spring 2026! Guest access Guests are free to use the whole house except for my locked closet upstairs where I throw my clothes/etc when hosting and the room in the basement that I'm currently renovating.

Picnic and volleyball area is available. 2) Rent a boat or kayak South Shore Marina, literally a short walk from the property! What better way to experience Saratoga Lake during the summer than to rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard? There are also other marinas and locations where you can rent boats, kayaks and paddle boards, such as Salvi Aquatic Boat Rentals, Point Breeze Marina, Lees Park, The Kayak Shak, among others. 3) Go fishing Saratoga lake boasts one of the best fishing spots in the region. The lake is excellent for bass fishing and the deepest section of the lake is 96 feet. The lake is also stocked with over 8 million walleye. The weed beds framing the shoreline are great for anglers fishing northern pike. Around for the winter?
