The Breakers offers a beach-front, heated pool as well as its own private beach boardwalk. Located across the street from Coligny Plaza!! The space Decorated in a beautiful, beachy palette of blues, tans and creams. The living area includes a pull out sofa (Brand new one added 2/28/24 see last photo) and large flat screen TV. Extra pillows are located in the large hall closet. The cozy kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, small range/oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender and full-sized coffee maker. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well! The bedroom includes a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. Beach supplies are available for delivery or pick up from a nearby rental shop. There is no smoking in the unit. Pets are not permitted. Bath towels and linens are provided. We do not supply beach towels. Other things to note This is our vacation getaway and we love sharing it with others! We just ask that you treat our villa as you would your own home. Our villa is managed by Sunset Rentals. We have a property manager who inspects the villa before your arrival and will take excellent care of you during your stay.
