Boats are welcome but no trailers or RVs allowed on property. If you are bringing a trailer make arrangements with us for parking offsite. It has a 2 car garage and plenty of parking for 8 cars. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 king rooms and 2 queens. The ground floor has 2 kings rooms with ensuite full baths. One of the king rooms has a set of twin bunks and it has its own entrance. The ground floor has a living room and full bar, great for entertaining by the pool. The main living is on the second floor. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 king with ensuite full-bath and 2 queen rooms that share a full bath with 2 sinks. The living area is an open concept layout with an oversized living room, kitchen and dining area. You can seat 6 at the island and 8 at the round dinning table. It has a wrap around balcony with seating and dinning for 8. The back yard has a gas grill, sink and mini frig. There are lounge chairs around the pool and 3 different dining areas to choose from.
