The four bedrooms are as follows: [1] King Master Suite; [2] 'Bedroom 2' is a 2nd Master Bedroom with King bed; [3] 'Bedroom 3: King bed. 4] very large Bonus Room with 1 Queen bed and 4 Twins. The Queen bed is in a separate alcove as you first enter the Bonus Room. The 4 Twins and seating area are in the main part of the Bonus Room. This room is down the hallway at the end of the house - a semi-private setting for a group of kids, teenagers or a family. The large Great Room is very comfortable with cathedral ceilings, fireplace, large-screen LED TV and leather couch. The kitchen has 2 ovens (1 range, 1 convection countertop) 2 sinks, large cupboard, island and table for 6. The slate tile backsplash, custom lighting, hardwood floors and Corian countertops make this a warm and inviting area. The Dining Room has a large round table that can seat 10. This room also has an additional second seating area - perfect for large groups to separate between the 2 areas. There is a TV with cable in this room as well as the larger, main family room. This contains woven wingback and leather chairs. Stereo sound throughout the common living areas. Unique art throughout the house, done in nautical and coastal themes. Newer deck floor, front walkway and railing Pool in cool blue. Lounge chairs on the pool level. The upper deck has 2 dining-table seating areas. Front driveway has a basketball goal. Directly across, down either the beach path on the left, or through Tower Beach Club on the right. 300 yards from house to beach. Down the hall there is a bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, an accent chair and small mounted TV. As you head up the stair case, at the very top is the most amazing and unique feature, a desk with a faux window above it that has a live video streaming of the Sound in the back yard! Check out is 10 am sharp!  What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. You will notify the owners directly.  Where can we rent bikes and how much does it cost? As mentioned above, feel free to use our bikes or use one of the many bike rental companies on the plantation. I'll be glad to provide you with recommended companies should you decide to not use our bikes, or should you need more. And our home is conveniently located right on one of the many bike paths that take you all over the plantation.  How close are you to the beach? around 5-7 minutes by bike, or an enjoyable 8-10 minute stroll.   Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, and we bike to both. Our home is just about equal distance to both; it's about a 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minutes by car.  What size is your house? Our single level home is approx 2200 square feet.   Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is less than 30 days away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you.   Does the Pool heat included? No, the pool heat is an additional $400/week. This needs to be indicated at least a week ahead of your arrival so we can arrange the pool heat.  Do we add cleaning fees to your listed prices? Yes, the cleaning fee is listed as a separate line item..
