5 mins to Jack Frost Big Boulder for Skiing + Private Beach / Lake Resort private access. 5 br, 3 bath retreat in 3500+ sf home designed for large families and groups seeking serenity of the Poconos with proximity to the Poconos Raceway, Lake Harmony, Big Boulder, Kalahari and Camelback Resorts and Casinos. Family fun indoor and out. Billiards, home theater, finished screened porch, hot tub and full landscaped fire pit in the back. The space We are superhosts and recently added this home to our successful set of homes in the poconos. We completely renovated this home and the pics are getting updated after Thanksgiving. We have a lot of experience in creating open flow concepts with multiple areas for large multigenerational families to spread out and have their own specific space. This home has three floors of living space, including a ground level for easy access for seniors, a fabulous movie theater room with cocktail lounge for the adults, a full billiards room and pub for the guys. On the main level is a grand two story living room with huge windows, a natural wood fireplace and a brand new kitchen with hardwood floors. We have accommodations for so much seating between the large dining room table, a new kitchen table and a luxurious kitchen island with stools. There is a master bedroom with new bathroom including a luxurious shower stall and double vanity. Across the hall from the master is a converted walk in closet meant for little kids to have fun and includes special projector lights, a glow in the dark convertible couch that turns into a puppet stage and little table for arts and crafts. The other community bedroom on the main floor has a huge custom bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom. Upstairs is a fun kid friendly set of wall to wall double bunks that will make reunions with cousins so much fun and another bedroom with a king bed setup. There is also an enormous screened porch entertainment area with a 65" TV and entertainment furniture seating, fan and bar. Under the porch is a large hot tub spa, more room for seating, eating and contains string lights to make the most of the nighttime. The backyard is nearly an acre of privacy and has been completely renewed and contains multizone seating, including a sectional with a 12' Umbrella for shelter from the elements, a large firepit near a weber BBQ and a cute ski-lift styled swing. Nearby the fire pit is a two story kids playhouse with rock wall climb and twisty slide. Every room has a smart TV throughout the home so there will never be arguments over the content. Every amenity has been imagined and delivered here. In the neighborhood we have provisional access to Brier Crest's Lake Shangri-La. So if you are used to Lake Naomi, talk to us about the similarities and differences. Guest access We have a digital dead bolt at our home. Access info will be provided with check in instructions ahead of your stay. A: Provisionally yes but to accommodate for the extra cleanup and potential damage risk, we will charge an additional fee pending length of stay and type / number of animals coming for the visit. Outside: Hickory Haven is set on almost two acres in a private lake community. The home is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac. There are days that no one but security will travel down the street. It is so quiet and peaceful that we have a lot of local wildlife that walks through the yard. You will almost certainly see deer and you may see other various types of wildlife on the property. Last winter we had a fox who made several appearances running across the terrain in search of a meal! We have several comfortable areas for you to enjoy the outdoors without even leaving the property. You can sit with your cup of coffee or beverage of choice upstairs on the covered porch. There is a comfy outdoor patio set that is the perfect place to enjoy viewing the wildlife. The first floor deck boasts a beautiful propane fire table, the perfect spot to share stories and stare up at the stars. The deck also has an outdoor table and chairs for those who like to enjoy meals or family game night in the fresh mountain air! There is a fantastic Gorilla Playset within view of the house! The little people in your life will be entertained for hours right outside the back door! It is the perfect place to come home to after an afternoon of exploring or swimming! Hiking, fishing, golf, vineyards, skiing, snow/water tubing, water parks, whitewater rafting, atv’s, horseback riding, Pocono Raceway nearby. The space Kitchen has all amenities, K-cup coffee and full pot coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes etc. Each full bathroom has a hairdryer. Propane BBQ on the deck, propane provided. SHEETS, PILLOWCASES and TOWELS are not provided by us. You can bring your own or use a local company KerryClean. Minimum booking age: 25 The space Our recently remodeled kitchen with an oversized island is the perfect location to spend time recounting all the fun you will have, from ping-pong and foosball in the game room to playing marco-polo in the custom in-ground pool (seasonal), to grilling up a storm in the inviting outdoor kitchen and gas grill. Don’t forget about our brand new hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit, perfect for getting warm and cozy with your loved ones. And that’s just on our 1-acre property! Wait till you venture out into our amenity-rich community complete with 5 lakes, 2 outdoor community pools (seasonal), basketball court and tennis courts. The lakes in the community usually open Memorial Day wknd. The HOA requires that guests purchase a wristband ($10/each) for access to those amenities, which include the lakes and courts. Please let us know if you would like those. No wristbands are needed for enjoying anything on our own property of course! PLEASE NOTE: Indoor fireplace is not for guest use, however outdoor fire pit is available for use year-round! Our pool is open May-October! The hot tub is available year-round! During the off-season (pool closed) a Spa Fee of $25/stay will be added. The space Set up to provide a fun mountain getaway, the space has a rustic feel. Warm wood tones with fireplaces on two levels, one wood burning and one pellet stove. Bring your supplies to have a cozy stay fireside both inside and out! Guest access You will have access to the entire house. 4 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft with half bath! Other things to note Lots of parking here with two driveways on a corner lot. Feel free to bring your boat or snowmobiles on trailers, there is room for them. There are several public lakes for boating in the area, the nicest (in my opinion) is Betzville State Park which is only a 10 min ride away. They have a public boat launch ramp there and the area is beautiful. Lake Harmony allows motorized boats, but does require advanced registration and payment. Kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials such as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cooking tools, coffee maker, microwave, and more. Linens (sheets, comforters, bath towels/washcloths, kitchen towel) are provided with each stay. We also provide a complimentary starter pack of paper products including a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and a roll of paper towels for each kitchen area.

We do not provide beach towels or hot tub bathrobes. ✷ There are cameras outside the property. ✷ A hot tub fee of $154.50 will be applied if the jacuzzi water turns cloudy, muddy, sandy, or has residue floating upon check out. ✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am. >> There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $50 for each hour past the 10am check-out time. PET RULES: – Dogs only (no cats or other animals). – Must be at least 1 year old and under 30 lbs. – Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. – Pet fee: $60 per dog (2–4 nights) / $120 per dog (5+ nights). – Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
