The enclosed backyard is the perfect place to enjoy a meal during the warm summer months, equipped with a BBQ, and outdoor dining/lounge spaces. Close to wineries, Galway downs, Old Town. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 5 acre property as well as the entire house. There are 3 locked cabinets for the owners, we ask that those remain locked. There are 2 tiny homes on property that our family live in, we keep to ourselves, But if you see us, feel free to say hi! We love chatting with our guests! Other things to note Quiet time: Riverside county quiet time is from 10pm - 7am. We strictly adhere to those hours out of respect for our neighbors. Please be courteous and do the same. This home has a true 3 bedrooms with an added BUNK HOUSE 4th bedroom that doubles as the Game Area & Bar with double bunk beds. Don't forget the Pool & Fire Pit area as well as some great memory shots of an old Western set up. The space This is a single story home with no steps for entry or inside the home. Mina Ranch is the perfect spot to spread out and call home while in Temecula Wine Country! Upon entering the property you are greeted with the Formal Dining Room that opens up to Great Room with Large Smart TV! All the while gazing over the perfect gourmet Chef Wine Country Kitchen! The space The floorplan of the house is amazing. The west wing consists of a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a luxurious bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The east wing of the house includes three more bedrooms, a full bathroom with double sinks and a laundry room. The main living space includes a gourmet kitchen, living room with a TV and a fireplace, a luxurious bathroom, formal dining room and an entertainment area. The house is highly upgraded. The whole interior of the home has been renovated in 2021-2026. The house is approximately 3000 sq ft. The third bathroom previously had an entrance from the outside, as mentioned in some older reviews. During our recent remodel, we updated the layout so that the entrance is now from inside the house, making it more convenient for our guests. Close to all Temecula Wineries or just a great place to come and relax in the country but not far from places like San Diego, LA and Orange County. Just the right location in SoCal with all the right amenities!! The space The Villa de Vino is an excellent place to come if you are coming to the Temecula Area for either a wedding, visiting family or friends or just hunting for a new location in Southern CA to explore. Temecula is a great location in the fact is in just about an hour and 30 minutes you can be to several different areas of Southern CA to LA, Orange County, Big Bear Mountain, Desert, and San Diego. Temecula also is now well known for all the 48 wineries and counting that are all just anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes from the home. The house is a spacious single story lay out with 5 bedrooms. 4 bedrooms which are all situated next to each other and then a 5th bedroom on the opposite side of the home. The home is very relaxing and in a true peaceful setting. 4 Bedrooms have CalKing Beds and 1 bedroom has a Queen Bed and then a twin day bed with twin trundle. We have 1 working queen sofa sleeper in family room and then 2 additional folding beds in a closet of 1 room. The backyard offers seating for 12 and 4 lounge chairs, there is a large pool that starts at 3.5 ft up to 6ft deep and then a separate in ground hot tub covered under the patio. The home is very comfortable for 10 to 12 people but can accommodate up to 14 we would find it most comfortable with 10 adults and 4 children but do have sleeping for up to 14 adults. We do have a game room that used to be our garage, we do not allow garage parking due to pool table set up. Our home is very much just for relaxing and enjoyment, we cannot allow any parties, events or any loud guests as our home is located in a residential area that even though we are on 3 acres it is so quiet out if too loud it will bother our neighbors. Please note that our AC only goes to 74 as the lowest setting, not able to go lower. Pool heating is only available during the Months of March 1st - Nov 1st. This home we just love and would love to share it with those who want to come and enjoy the beauty in the Temecula Wine Country area. Rogers Ranch once a racing quarter horse ranch, is now a place where we welcome visitors to enjoy the spectacular views of the Temecula Valley. We recently remodeled the guest home inside and out. Within walking/biking distance of 11 of Temecula's finest wineries on the De Portola Trail, and also close to many wedding venues. You will wake up to a sky filled with hot air balloons, and enjoy peaceful evenings with only a coyote howl in the distance Great hiking in the nearby hills and vineyards. The space A private guest home on a 10 acre ranch. The first bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps 2 and a dedicated work space. This bedroom leads into the second bedroom with a Queen bed, with it's own entrance from the outside patio. The third bedroom is a Brand New private Master Suite with an en-suite bathroom, coffee bar, mini fridge and microwave. The access to this private suite is on the outside of the home, and only steps away from the entrance. You will never run out of hot water with our Tankless water heater. There are no steps into the yard or house. Wheelchair access into the guest house. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio watching the hot air balloons fly over the ranch, and the side patio is a great place to have good Temecula wines by the firepit. The road and driveway leading to the guest house, is on a hard packed dirt road with no potholes. There is one concrete swale for water drainage. Dip is marked with a sign. Low profile cars utilize this road all the time, with no problems. Guest access Guests have acres to explore on the ranch except for the private residence and barn area. Take a walk onto the top of the hill for a beautiful view of the valley, vineyards and Leoness Cellars Winery, which is only one quarter of a mile down the dirt road from the Ranch or hike the local hills. Other things to note Ralphs/CVS Shopping center is only 6.3 miles from the ranch. There is also a Walmart center another mile down the road. There are 3 large outdoor shades and patio cover to cool the home on the East end patio. We have an EV charger for all models of cars. A small fee of $25.00 for a two day stay will be charged through the resolution center. The charger is accessible from 9:00 pm to 4:00 pm each day. Inquire about charges for longer stays.
