Ascending to the main level reveals an open kitchen, dining, and living area with another fireplace, accompanied by two bedrooms and a bathroom. Another set of stairs leads to a loft with a pull out couch, a bedroom with two twin beds and an additional bedroom along with a bathroom, providing comfort and ample space throughout the home. A fitness center is available for an additional fee. Kayaks - Paddles & Pedals in downtown Bellaire offers kayak rentals at a reasonable price. You can also bring your own and store it in our garage. Grass River Natural Area - 12 min or 7.2 miles - Northern Michigan Premier Nature Preserve. Seven miles of trails and boardwalks take visitors through cedar swamp, sedge meadows and upland forest. Elk Rapids located approximately 30 miles away offering great shopping and some of the best beaches around. Shopping: Quaint shops in downtown Bellaire, Alden & Elk Rapids. Take a day trip to Traverse City approximately 45 minutes away for many stores & other activities. Spacious 5 bed 3 bath home with gorgeous views Master bedroom - 1 King Bed with attached full bathroom. 55” roku tv Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen Beds Bedroom 4 - 1 Twin Bed Office - Daybed with Trundle (open to basement) Located right in the heart of Shanty Creek, close to the resorts and ski hills. Stunning sunset views with Lake Bellaire and Torch Lake in the background, that you can see from the back deck and hot tub. The space Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Linens are provided and beds will be made. Towels and hot tub towels are provided. Coffee maker, coffee and filters available. 2 levels, upstairs and a basement. Master and bedroom 2 are upstairs. All other bedrooms are in the basement. Deck is off of the living room and master bedroom upstairs. Hot tub is on the patio off of the basement door. Attached garage and barn are not included in the rental. Pool key provided upon request for an additional fee. The fifth bedroom is open to the basement living room. Guest access Full house access. Attached garage and barn not included. We do offer our pool pass upon request. It is an extra $100 fee. It gets you into the pools at the lakeview hotel just 1 mile from our house. If you lose the key, you will be charged a $700 fee. Other things to note You are renting our personal home, so there will be personal items in the house, such as food in the cupboards and clothes in the closet, but we always leave some open drawers and try to limit the personal items out and about. The patio furniture and grill are stored away during the winter months. We do leave propane tanks set up for the grill and patio fireplace, but if they are left on and used up it will be your responsibility to get them filled if you want to continue to use them during your stay.

Main level also includes a bedroom and full bathroom. The lower level is set up for additional guests or splitting the house amongst 2 families. With sleeping for 5, a cozy fireplace, a sitting area with flat screen tv, and a full bathroom, topped off with the oversized sauna, which is great for relaxing after a day of skiing. Two more bedrooms are on the upper level with a full bath, including master bedroom with king bed and study area. The bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping options with a layout that offers privacy for each room and high-quality bedding. The large paved parking area can easily accommodate multiple vehicles, boat/RV parking and more. Blue Haven Pointe has high speed fiber internet.
