This house is our home, not "just a rental". I am confident you will feel the difference. The living room has a 32 inch LCD TV (no cable, but receive 25+ channels), Apple TV w/Netflix, DVD player and stereo. This original 1908 Craftsman has been thoroughly updated. Enjoy nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and Gas Works Parks. The property is set up with one King bed, and one Queen. There's one full bathroom on the main floor and a half bath on the rooftop deck. The space This property is a 2bd, 1.5 bath unit. On the main floor you'll find a spacious living room connected to dining room that opens to a fully stocked kitchen. At each end of the hall\way you'll find a bedroom, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Up the stairs and you'll open the door to a private rooftop terrace with seating area, upstairs wet bar and half bath for your convenience of taking in seaplane and everything Seattle has to offer. Fremont Walkable 2bd/1.5ba Rooftop Deck w/ Bar

Renovated, furnished and decorated in 2015. Super-clean, modern suite steps from Woodland Park. Fully furnished, two bedrooms/one bath, private entrance, hotel-quality linens, WiFi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, all the bells and whistles. The suite is on the lower level my home. I'm usually around if you need any assistance. The space This cozy, mother-in-law suite is located at the nexus of four of the north end's most amenity-rich neighborhoods, Wallingford, Fremont, Phinney Ridge, and Green Lake. Street parking only, but it's free and with no time limit. The unit is on the basement level of a classic Seattle Craftsman, my home of many years, and gets an average amount of light for a basement unit. Unit includes a full kitchen, full bath (with tub), and all appliances for a short stay or a long one. Ceiling height is ample, about 7 feet in the vast majority of the apartment, with a few low spots, where ductwork had to be closed in. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the suite, providing privacy and some separation. Both bedrooms are furnished with new queen beds (one has a pillow-top mattresses, the other memory foam), and have full closets. Hotel-quality sheets and towels are provided. Unit comes with iron and ironing board, portable fan, and one space heater. For families with infants, there is a portable crib available on request. The modern, renovated kitchen has full-size appliances including a gas stove and dishwasher. Kitchen also comes with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, as well as cookware, dinnerware and utensils. Stocked with salt, pepper, sugar, sweetener, coffee beans. The apartment fridge is cleaned and emptied between stays. The unit also has its own, full-size washer and dryer, and laundry detergent (pods) are provided. Living room is furnished with love seat, easy chair, ottoman. Small table for eating and working is also in the common space, with two dining chairs. There are two additional chairs kept in the bedrooms that can be used at the table. Other amenities include wireless internet, TV with cable, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and radio. If you'd like to stream video like Netflix or Amazon, you can do so directly from the TV if you have an account. Radio can also be used to play your digital music player when connected with an auxiliary jack (also provided). Bathroom is stocked with several days' worth of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel, as well as a hair dryer. Flooring is mostly oak, with tile in the kitchen, stone-floor bathroom, and carpeting in one of the bedrooms. The unit is a one-minute walk to the Woodland Park Zoo and Rose Garden, and picnic grounds. Walk through Woodland Park to get to Green Lake, where you'll find playfields, tennis courts, bike/walk/running paths, wading pool, swimming pool, basketball court, and of course the lake and boat rentals. The unit is a three to five-minute walk to upper Fremont's restaurant row (RockCreek Seafood, Uneeda Burger, Paseo, Fremont Bowl sushi bar, Vif wine and coffee bar, In Bocca Al Lupo). A little farther away (10-20 minute walk), to the north, are the restaurants of Phinney Ridge (A la Mode Pies, Zeeks Pizza, Red Mill Burgers, Fresh Flours, Park Pub, Stumbling Goat Bistro, Mai Thaiku, Oliver's Twist, Hecho, Ridge Pizza, 74th Street Ale House, Herkimer Coffee). Walk to the east and in 10 minutes you'll get to Wallingford and its commercial strip of 45th Street. The closest grocery store, Marketime Foods, is five blocks away and open from 6 am to 11 pm. A five-minute drive will get you to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, QFC, or the Ballard Market. Fremont's high-tech hub, where companies like Adobe Systems, Allen Institute, Tableau Software and Google keep offices, is down the hill, one mile away. Guest access The suite has its own, private entrance, off the backyard of the house. The backyard is shared space. Other things to note There is no off-street parking available. Both driveways must remain clear. Street parking in this neighborhood is free, unregulated and plentiful at various times during the day. If you have a car, you should be able to park on the block 80 percent of the time. I've never had to park farther than around the corner At night, spots are more scarce. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit or on the property, including the front and backyard. There is a detached studio off the backyard that I also have guests stay in. Within a 10 minute walk you will find more than 30 (!) great places to eat and drink. The unit has two bedrooms with queen beds and a spacious living room that faces the private patio where you’ll find outdoor dining and a BBQ. The space This is the full bottom level in a single family home and has its own separate private entrance and patio. It’s not connected to the upstairs unit where we live and we’ve invested a lot in sound proofing, however sounds do sometimes travel.
